How a Small Pack of Wolves Changed the Ecosystem in Yellowstone

After viewing this, I wondered what a small pack of us might be able to do. Watch this inspiring 4+ minute video:

SteveMT: The part of Agenda 21...

"The part of Agenda 21 represented by this beautiful video is actually good. Thanks."

This is part of 'the part of Agenda 21' that places animals over humans to dismantle property rights. The Wildlands Project. Biodiversity Map. More..... but it all intertwines.

Sometimes things that look good, even really good... (that is how A21 gets well-meaning special interest groups to help push it through) are really not good at all. I'm not saying there shouldn't be better management of the parks, but that it should not be managed by a foreign entity. Among other things...

Agenda 21 is the biggest threat to our country, really - is behind almost all other threats....

TwelveOhOne's picture

Among other things... like our toll roads

The Federal Reserve was started under cover of darkness on Jekyll Island and voted into existence under cover of darkness on Christmas Eve, 1913.

At least back a century ago, would-be tyrants knew that they had to keep their workings under wraps.

These days, the transfer of ownership of our toll roads to foreign-owned entities (like the coining of our money, see the 1792 Coinage Act for solutions) is out in the open!

We already seem conquered.

But like CT, we will fight back when necessary. (A list of a couple dozen is a lot easier to deal with than a list of several thousand. Add some zeros, and we have the national situation.)

Also see Larken Rose's The Tiny Dot.

Physics even has examples; add enough weight to water and you break the surface tension.

I love you. I'm sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you.

Bears repeating: Agenda 21 biggest threat to our country

Yet still too many don't understand.
How evil is Agenda 21? So evil that if you speak out against it they will steal your child to make you suffer, as what happened in the Stacy Lynne case.

Agenda 21 proponants are the Canadian wolves destroying our country, not its saviors.

Strange

I was just reading about this on wikipedia last night, quite randomly.

Ron Paul - Intellectual hero

I owe you a true story ….

About a decade ago an acquaintance of mine decided on her own initiative to start a non-profit NGO back in her homeland. The goal was very focused and simple, to help re-forest the land for a particular region and thereby help stop the soil erosion.

She related to me when first arriving there, the locals were so destitute that the only good traded in the local market was the local beer and pretty much nothing-else could be produced.

Well fast forward and nearly ten years latter after great effort on her part to raise funds (much of it coming from her own pocket), and sustain the ref-forestation program, the results have been spectacular. Because of her initiative and the determined effort of the locals to make it succeed, the trees have flourished and the soil has stabilized.

But that is not all, here now came the additional unforeseen benefits of the re-forestation. Because the soil stabilized due to the trees planted and maintained, the local flowers and plants came back. Because the local flowers flourished the bees came back, and the production of honey once lost gained ground. Because the soil gained its strength and nutrients flowed within it the people were able to go back to farming and produce agricultural products eventually making them self sufficient. Because they became self sufficient the local farmer’s market flourished with many goods and products which helped improve the condition of the people – the circle of life was complete on the efforts of one determined person. She came to realize and see all these benefits now.

There is one thing more abundant then everything in this universe combined - Human ingenuity, imagination and perseverance in each of us taking responsibility for our actions to pursue our self-interest, (in a libertarian spirit), and thereby affect the “invisible hand” for the greater good.

But her story would never be shared in this way by the new "sustainable” propaganda and agenda being forced fed to us.

What a great story!

Thank you for sharing that with us! "[T]he circle of life was complete on the efforts of one determined person."

That's what I'm talking about! The freedom to pursue our own dream(s) with "ingenuity, imagination and perseverance in each of us taking responsibility for our actions to pursue our self-interest, (in a libertarian spirit)..."

Great story!

Distrurbing not inspiring

That some DPers don't know who George 'Moonbat' Monbiot is astounds me.
That some DPers don't recognize Agenda 21 in the form of this propaganda piece, sickens me.
It almost seems to me that there are some DP members who resist learning about Agenda 21.

This link describes the differences between the native Idaho wolf and Canadian wolf, a few being:
American wolf - Livestock depredations extremely rare but do occur in remote areas.
Canadian wolf - have shown a preference for predating on domestic livestock even with abundant natural prey present. Beef calves are the most common victims of wolf depredation.
American wolf - Sport-Reflex Killing almost negligible. Most ungulate depredation was consumptive, not surplus. Typical kill had hams and shoulders consumed.
Canadian wolf - Sport-Reflex Killing is highly developed in Canadian Grey packs. From observations in the field, 3-5 ungulates are killed for each ungulate consumed. This surplus killing is greatly increased if the pack size is large or packs have merged. Often small wintering herds of deer or elk are completely extirpated in one hunting event.
American wolf - Consistent avoidance of man made structures, roads, vehicles, and humans.
Canadian wolf - high level of habituation to humans, and man-made structures. It is not uncommon to find Canadian Grey Wolves in very remote areas eating out of dog dishes and coming onto porches of homes when the owners are present.

"It does not take a majority to prevail...

but rather an irate, tireless minority, keen on setting brushfires of freedom in the minds of men." (Samuel Adams)

That's what inspired me to post this video. Sure, the video is intended to promote Agenda 21. But, I see the wolves as the "tireless minority" who can change the course of the rivers of the NWO if we would just keep on "setting brushfires of freedom in the minds of" everyone we come into contact with.

Just read some of the negative comments about wolves below and think about the names we were called not so long ago. The way I see it, we are those wolves, getting rid of those who ignore our Constitution and would have everyone put in bondage to serve their ambitions.

(((Nonna)))

(((((Nonna))))) you are wrong. I'm sorry. Please educate yourself on Agenda 21. I am pretty sure your heart is in the right place, but without understanding A21 you are an easy target to mislead.

I say this with utmost respect and kindness directed toward you.

xoxox Lida

Please reread my comment.

Trust me, I get it and am no easy target for anyone. Been around too long for that and have seen too many things in my lifetime. I know you mean well and no offense is taken. But, this isn't my first walk around the block and I am very familiar with A21 and what TPTB have planned for us. My only point is that it is up to us to be the wolves and change the agenda for our nation.

“It is the food which you furnish to your mind that determines the whole character of your life.”
―Emmet Fox

Well then I misread you.

Please accept my apology.

That does not make it okay

The wolves depicted in this video aren't American. They are foreigners destroying our environment just as foreign ideas have ruined our founding principles.
They are the 'tireless minority' pushing a globalist agenda.
I see it the total opposite as you do.
I could never be 'inspired by' Agenda 21 or anything Moonbat puts out.

If Tyranny and Oppression come to this land, it will be in the guise of fighting a foreign enemy.
James Madison

I once heard, a long time ago, that the assination plan

against JFK was the same one RFK came up with to use against Castro. Whether or not that is true, I don't know but, the result was the same.

We obviously come from different mindsets and that we have different ways of perceiving things is not a bad thing. (And yes, Agenda 21 is a bad thing.) But, please don't think for a moment that I am clueless and that you have to educate me on that subject.

The intention of brainwashing me in that video didn't work. It inspired me to use their own plan against them. That's all. Don't read more into it than that. We agree about the evil intentions of their Agenda. If we chose to fight it in different ways, that's good, too, as long as we keep on fighting on the same side and keep lighting those brushfires. Capeesh?

“It is the food which you furnish to your mind that determines the whole character of your life.”

No capisco

Your explanation is flawed.
You're praising foreign entities for displacing native ones.
Native coyotes and foxes have lost habitat because of these Canadian wolves that have absolute protection from this government - much in the same way that Marx's 10 planks of communism have displaced our founding principles of liberty. 'A small, tireless minority' is working overtime to destroy our right to own weapons of our choice. 'A small, tireless minority' is working overtime to force business owners to accept what those business owners believe to be a sin. 'A small, tireless minority' is working overtime to end our freedom to say what we want about anything we want.
The video is a classic example of misdirection and that is what needs to be pointed out, not praised. This video doesn't prove that the Canadian wolf has 'saved Yellowstone' but it definitely dismisses how they have negatively impacted the environment.

If Tyranny and Oppression come to this land, it will be in the guise of fighting a foreign enemy.
James Madison

You're reading waaaaay too much into what I wrote.

Have we already forgotten that WE are, or at least were, that tireless minority Dr. Paul spoke to? When did I ever say or imply that foreign entities should be displacing native ones, much less praising them? I say let's get the foreign entities and ideas to hell out of our government.

All I said was to keep brushfires for liberty burning. That is my only intention in posting this. To get people to return to that passion for freedom we once had here. To get ideas up and running again. But, if you prefer to talk about Agenda 21, go ahead. As I said, I am fully aware and awake to it and can see through it and past it. If others cannot, you may be of great help to them if you would do a post about it.

“It is the food which you furnish to your mind that determines the whole character of your life.”
―Emmet Fox

Fine. Just don't use this video as your inspiration.

If you want to highlight selflessness and humility you don't use 'philanthropist' George Soros as your example but someone like Mother Teresa.
As noted by others, you are not 'using this video against them' because it reflects everything they want - a permitted, schemed, sanctioned foreign invasion to change the 'society'. We don't want our society changed, we want it restored. Yellowstone had not been naturally restored, it's been co-opted and forced into submission. Central planning does not and never will work.
You can keep making excuses trying to satisfy your intent, but I'm not accepting your offer. Sorry to be so blunt, but that's just how it is with me on this issue.

If Tyranny and Oppression come to this land, it will be in the guise of fighting a foreign enemy.

stop feeding the trolls?

it became obvious to me when it was stated that Canadian Wolves are foreign.

wtf?

please excuse my interjection.

because an animal was once there does not mean it should be there again. Why not put a few dozen in central park. These animals will soon be dragging little kids off who get to far off the yellowstone path. There is no other predator like the wolf. I get the whole wildlife thing but i also get the whole, most dangerous predator thing too.

SteveMT's picture

"once there does not mean it should be there again."

That way of thinking leads to the buffalo. We moved them to near extinction. No harm there, right? And with the Natives, the same thing was done. We put a nomadic people on reservations. That seems crazy, but "once there does not mean it should be there again."

The post below this one in essence says: damn those wolves. They didn't stay in one place. They're nomadic also, like the Natives, which we corralled on Reservations and are now watching them slowly die. If those wolves stayed in one place, all would be great. Dangerous predators need to taken out to make room for civilized Western Man.

To paraphrase your statement above: Once here, we always deserve to be here. There is no room for anyone else. We come first, period. Buffaloes, Natives, wolves,....so sorry guys. You are all losers.

steve

if there were no roads oil fields water ways housing developments i would say let them be. If you look at targeted goals set for by the wolf advocates they have succeed far greater than their initial goal pertaining to the wolf population. Now that it comes time to cull them they scream and cry. I bet if you had a pack of wolfs living around your house you wouldnt be saying the same thing. you would be living in fear.

i get how you are amazed at what environments and ecosystems will do when left to original design. The problem is the enviroment has millions of visitors a year and that's a little different than most places where wolfs live. If this little clip gets you excited you should watch a documentary called radio active wolfs its about a wolf pack in Russia that lives in Trinoble.

That sounds about as reasonable as PETA.

That sounds about as reasonable as PETA.
Equating people to animals?
Put down the evolution crack pipe.

"You only live free if your willing to die free."

SteveMT's picture

It is the same reasoning used by the 3rd Reich.

Elevating people over and above everything else is also not reasonable. The next step is elevating certain people over and above certain other people. Neither extreme is good. Where the right balance lies is the question? Killing people for the sake of animals is just as wrong as killing all animals for the sake of people.

A similar situation exists with the unborn. Do babies have at least some rights? Society currently says "No, they don't." It's the same with the critters. They have no rights either.

O.o

" Killing people for the sake of animals is just as wrong as killing all animals for the sake of people."

There is your critical flaw.
Well that and a few absurd leaps.

"You only live free if your willing to die free."

TwelveOhOne's picture

So you are no animal?

I need make no drug reference to support my assertion.

I love you. I'm sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you.

No.

If you want to think of your self as a slightly less hairy ape that came from a rock, knock your self out.
But, I am not an animal.
I am a man with an immortal soul.
I am crafted in Gods own image unlike any animal.
I am so beloved by the creator of all that he let his innocent son die a bloody brutal death to pay my debt so that I could be forgiven and spend eternity with them.
That alone places me above all animals.
But just to be sure we got the point God even spoke it himself.

You are a member of the animal kingdom? You seem righteously indignant, hope that's working for you.

One of the problems of this is that they wolves don't stay in

Yellowstone. My relative lived right outside Yellowstone, about 100 miles away, and the wolf pack that had strayed killed his neighbor's sheep herd, 30 plus sheep in one night, and none were eaten.

SteveMT's picture

damn those wolves.

They don't stay in one place. They're nomadic animals, like the Natives were nomadic, which we corralled on Reservations and are now watching them slowly die.
