Zbigniew Brzezinski Said Something Very Interesting About The Ukraine In 1997

“Ukraine, a new and important space on the Eurasian chessboard, is a geopolitical pivot because its very existence as an independent country helps to transform Russia. Without Ukraine, Russia ceases to be a Eurasian empire.” — Zbigniew Brzezinski

"However, if Moscow regains control over Ukraine, with its 52 million people and major resources as well as access to the Black Sea, Russia automatically again regains the wherewithal to become a powerful imperial state, spanning Europe and Asia."

In 1997, Obama’s former foreign affairs adviser, and president Jimmy Carter’s national security adviser – Zbigniew Brzezinski – wrote a book called The Grand Chessboard arguing that the U.S. had to take control of Ukraine...because they were “critically important geopolitical pivots”.

I actually agree with Zbigniew Brzezinski's opinion, never thought I'd say that...

It is in the West's best interests to help keep the Ukraine a sovereign, independent state that is separate from Russia.

Access to huge quantities of energy resources literally means power...and those who control the energy have the power.

Simple, but true. When a country like Russia has the power to simply turn off Europe's natural gas supply and freeze people to death, that is the reality of placing such power in the hands of enormous countries like Russia and China.

Russia is not only trying reassert herself on the world stage, Gog and her friend, Magog (China) want to go back to the good old days of total state control and central planning.

Russia Blocks Access to Major Independent News Sites And Blogs

That is the equivalent to having the Daily Paul and all of your favorite news websites shut down by Obama with a stroke of his pen.

If the United States government knew that the Ukraine was going to be the world's future main point of contention back in 1997, what happened on 911 gave the West a head start because it enabled them to establish military bases on Russia and China's doorsteps.

This totally sucks. Now I'm starting to realize why so many movies were created back in the 1980's to condition us for war with Russia.

Red Dawn
The Hunt For Red October
Rocky IV
The Day After

Bump... and those movies are back...

The TV show - 'The Americans' (about Russian sleeper cells in the US)

Red Dawn - re-make (North Korea attacks northwest but assisted by Spetznaz and Russian forces attack east coast - E.M.P. is used.)

Olympus Has Fallen (attack on President by angry domestic forces. President played by Morgan Freeman)

White House Down - North Korea led attack on White House to cut off our chain of command and take control of Nuclear arsenal, and hold President for ransom.

G.I. Joe - Retaliation (U.S. President is a Manchurian candidate who steals the Nukes for private international-crime organization COBRA)

In all 4 of those movies the U.S. nuclear arms command is compromised.
And in REALITY Obama has canned more Nuclear Commanders and overall high-level commanders than any President in history.

Gog and Magog

This whole Gog and Magog thing have been taken out of context. They have nothing to do with current events. Patriot pastor Steve Anderson explains it best in 3 minutes. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=25Pv7ZtFC9c

It's not meant to be taken

It's not meant to be taken literally, what was written is just an analogy.

Kind of like calling Israel, "David," and Russia, "Goliath."

or...like calling Cuba, "David," and the United States, "Goliath."

Calling Russia Gog and China Magog is only an analogy, nothing more, nothing less.

The individual has always had to struggle to keep from being overwhelmed by the tribe. If you try it, you will be lonely often, and sometimes frightened. But no price is too high to pay for the privilege of owning yourself.

Couple things..

first, please read this about the Gog Magog thing...

Next, if U.S. was worried about Russia taking Ukraine and becoming more powerful, the U.S. would have done better to not manipulate a coup in Ukraine that would force Putin's hand...

And, if Reagan was here, he could try to explain the difference between his excuse to invade Grenada to protect Americans and Putin's defense of Russians in Crimea from the violence-makers in Kiev who had set their marks on Crimea.

This is true, but remember

It is our western oligarchs againsts Russian oligarchs, and the people are all pawns.

I think it western and eastern oligarchs versus all the people..

That is how elitism works, and that is what I believe those oligarchs are... Elitists. Global Government is their solution. A little WW3 to depopulate, before forcing all of us "pawns" into accepting this New World Order for lack of clean water or food, fits quite nicely into their plans.

Are you a POT or a PET - Person Embracing Tyranny?

I don't buy the depopulation thing

That's more of an academic thing, and provides a nice diversion. Most oligarchs are pushing to increase the population, though they don't say that, but they want healthcare and food for everyone - the kind of healthcare and food they say. More productive people means more money for them.

Remember they use the power of government to get what they want. having a powerful government requires lots of healthy people. As long as those people are not so content as to be un-managable.

I think the Russian oligarchs are small fry cutting into the western oligarchs business, and are an economic threat.

Its all easily explainable using the movie, the Godfather as a guide.

Do you know what Agenda 21 is?

Codex Alimentarius? Etc..?

Are you a POT or a PET - Person Embracing Tyranny?

Yes, but keep in mind

That these things are not exactly what they seem. Agenda 21 is a way for Oligarchs to control populations. Sometimes it is in their interests to downsize some local populations, but over all they want more people. If they really wanted fewer people it would be easy to just let Africans starve, not give them medicine, etc.

But they don't do that. Look at all the money going into ending aids in Africa, Malaria, etc.

Now they may want certain populations of humans reduced - most likely those that are harder to control.

But in the end, controlling more people is power.

Trivial synchronicity, relative to your gangster analogy.

A synchronous oddity, noticed last week:
In the Cinemax original series, Banshee, there is an antagonist, Ukrainian gangster, named Rabbit.

In the real life drama, unfolding in Ukraine, the newly appointed Prime Minister, Arseniy P. Yatsenyuk,

also bears the nickname, Rabbit,
due to his resemblance to Rabbit in the Russian version of Winnie the Pooh.

That's true.

Ukraine has always been an important geo-strategic pivot point, especially for U.S./Anglo hegemony. A Ukraine that is controlled by a CFR-installed (via John McCain/Kerry and the State Department), private central bank & Chevron / Genie_Energy friendly puppet regime would be even better than an independent Ukraine. What I wonder is whether or not the national socialist elements, who have been given seats at the table, will be satisfied or want to sit at the head. I've read rumors that Ukrainian nationalists are already becoming disillusioned with their new political figureheads.

Could the U.S. be dragged into a shooting war with Russia, in defense of a national socialist uprising? Imagine, Vladimir Putin, defending the world against the Nazi and U.S. imperialism...talk about a flipped script.

It seems insane; even more so because Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine are projected to lose upwards of thirty-five million inhabitants by 2050. If you count neighboring countries with which we have defense pacts and most likely would be involved (Poland, the Baltics, etc.), that part of Europe alone will supposedly lose 50 million. Even without a war, population losses for the century are predicted to be greater, in Europe alone, than those of both World Wars I&II, combined; and our leaders may be taking us into another one. 2012-2050 World Population Data Sheet
