Idaho governor signs emergency legislation nullifying all future federal gun laws

BOISE, March 21, 2014 – On Thursday, Idaho Governor Butch Otter (R) signed a bill, which would effectively nullify future federal gun laws, by prohibiting state enforcement of any future federal act relating to personal firearms, a firearm accessories or ammunition.

S1332 also includes an emergency provision meaning it takes effect immediately upon signature.

“People are beginning to realize that this practice is completely constitutional and legal. In the near future, you will see a wave of states passing even broader legislation to fight the federal government on everything ranging from more traditionally liberal issues like hemp and marijuana, to more conservative issues like Obamacare.” Boldin continued, “Nullification isn’t a left vs. right issue. It destroys the fallacy of the left right paradigm and is the remedy for all unconstitutional laws.”

The question is

what are local and state police going to do if the ATF moves into a state to enforce federal gun laws? This is where the rubber meets the road.

They'll likely do the same thing they did in 1992 at Ruby Ridge

help the Feds.

Following Deputy Marshal Hunt's calls for emergency assistance, in which he reported that a Deputy Marshall had been shot and that others were pinned down, local law enforcement agencies responded promptly and established a controlled access point at the bridge leading to the Weavers' cabin.

A more comprehensive law

would state that federal law enforcement are not permitted on state land to enforce federal gun laws that have been ruled unconstitutional and nullified under state law.

Has anyone caught up with Lon Horiuchi lately? This is from 2008:

This is the way our Government was designed to run

not from the top down. States is where the power of government really belongs, if you don't like what your own state is doing you can just move. Social programs have no place in the Federal Government, the government should only be concerned with foreign invasions and disputes between states.

That's right, but how do we get there from here?,

We all have the power to take back the system

One person can do much just by themselves, but collectively we can put the elites in a hurt.

One way is to opt out by not borrowing money, when you pay interest it props up the criminal banking system. I am hoping on not using credit cards by this fall, I have been getting rid of one every year, I got two to go.

Next grow a garden, and encourage your neighbour to do the same. If you think about it gardening is like money creating, your opting out of the system.

Think about saving money outside the system where the banks have no control over it. the best way is with precious metals.

Here is an excellent video that I watched a couple years ago. It explains how we got into the system we have now.
