Manliness reduced to throaty bass voices on car commercials

"The echoes of the former America linger in commercials in commercials for pickup trucks with throaty bass voices and footage of Toyotas powering through rough unsettled country that almost no one ever even sees these days. Mostly it’s just marketing to suburban blossoms. "

I laughed so hard. "These are all words we...choose from a list."

This even sounds a bit like Sam Elliot's voice, which he has prostituted out to Coors and many others.

Need to throw in some NLP as well

Classic! I remember when a company I worked at put up its first website in the late 1990s. There was this picture of the firms "employees", none of which actually worked there but were exactly like the folks described in this video, attractive, diverse ethnicities, etc. It was totally not representative and phony and no one batted an eyelash or said anything. I was kind of surprised then but now this is just SOP. A metaphor for a lot of things, though.

forgot the puppy and/or kitten..

must be a pitch for wholesome clips. no dogs and/or babes.

I will take one of everything, thank you.
