Cannot agree more.
But then people pay 100% more on houses within 2 years time...and then apply for aloan that actually gave them more money than the house is worth; in other words people (bankers) paid other people (buyers) to buy homes 2 -3 years ago...Life a such a big level playing field...what is is undone today will be done tomorrow..................................the trick is to be on the right side of the fence.
