A Letter And A Reason For Hope For Those Oppose To The Constitution As A Form Of Liberty.

Government can provide power to everyone to be free.

Anarchy is the absence of government and that makes Liberty and Justice subjective to your ability to fund and provide it. The Constitution is flawed and I have a couple of arguments against it, but it showed for a very short amount of time in history what we can achieve towards freedom.

The Anarchist always comes from the position that it is being done to them. The Anarchist is free to move or buy land where there is no government and start an Anarchist society. That seems more reasonable then acting like there is a gun to your head to stay where people want Liberty and Justice for all.

Our founders learned from the fruits of the past governments and were able to scrutinize the Manga Carta to come up with what was finally our Constitution, which provided the most amount of freedom the world has ever seen. We lost our freedom when we stopped using it to restrain government.

It has always been the human condition to be ignorant of facts and history until they are presented to us and can be analyzed.
These days you can see they want to prevent that at all costs.
They use have used that against used to the average Joe cannot tell you anything beyond We The People in the Constitution.

Constitution is the way to freedom -- If you wake up and use it.

The Ninth and Tenth Amendments are the way out of this trouble we find ourselves in. Power is now devolving back to the states as more and more legislators and governors are waking up to just how powerful the states are in the separation of powers scheme. The states are the keys to freedom in our time.

I have provided some sources here for those activists who are more interested in accomplishing something than just sitting around bitching about how bad things are. I have found too many Libertarians to be more interesting in writing letters to the editor than getting off of the couch and into the streets where the action is.

Yes, yes. There is a revolution afoot. It can be seen in state houses across the country enacting laws defying federal authority.

A new legislative proposal would declare that the state’s local county sheriffs are the pre-eminent law enforcement authority in their jurisdictions, and federal agents such as those working for the Internal Revenue Service, Federal Bureau of Investigation, Drug Enforcement Administration, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, and others, would be required to get permission from them before they could take any action.

The Republican-controlled State Legislature came up one vote shy last year of overriding a veto from Governor Jay Nixon, a democrat, who opposed a conservative-led effort to outlaw the enforcement of federal gun control regulations within Missouri.
Under that bill, police officers caught enforcing federal gun law restrictions within the state would have been subject to criminal and civil penalties. Just months after Gov. Nixon’s veto kept the bill off the books, though, lawmakers are again rehashing their effort to keep federal regulations from interfering with their United States Constitution-protected right to bear arms.

The following are Tenth Amendment Center model bills and resolutions which are intended to reaffirm the proper role of government under the Constitution. Activists, we encourage you to send them to your state senators and representatives and ask them to introduce the legislation in your state.

...these principles start with individuals that display resentment and outrage, and have created obstructions that rendered federal policy impossible to enforce, even by powerful federal agencies. In 1798, these ideas started within the minds of Jefferson and Madison, and branched out from there until Kentucky and Virginia passed nullification resolutions addressing the Alien and Sedition Acts.
The other cases of nullification have had the same impetus. It takes the spark of a single individual to recognize that laws that are unjust, immortal, or unconstitutional are not to be imposed without resistance.

Massachusetts acted to nullify the Embargo Act of 1807, which neutered its maritime economy. When this was done, many said it would be impossible to object to and oppose the federal officials responsible for enforcing the act. The citizens revolted against them by smuggling goods and acting in the manner that Madison wrote was necessary to “arrest the progress of evil.” Eventually, this Act became economically disastrous and too challenging for the federal government to enforce, so it was annulled. Nullification worked.

You can thank Sheriff Richard Mack for this occurring.
He once said he prayed for the day when a sheriff would be the “first one to fire the next shot around the world and arrest a couple of IRS agents.”

Whether he’s speaking to local chapters of the JBS or appearing on far-right radio shows like James Edwards’ white nationalist program “The Political Cesspool,” Mack’s central message is that the federal government has far overstepped its constitutional bounds and that county sheriffs have the rightful authority — and duty — to protect citizens from what he believes are its unlawful incursions. This idea that sheriffs have supremacy over other law enforcement agencies and even the federal government was born and gained traction in the 1970s and 1980s when it was pushed by the explicitly racist, anti-Semitic Posse Comitatus (Latin for “power of the county”), which capitalized on the Midwestern farm crisis of the era to promote an extreme antigovernment ideology. The Posse’s founding tract, the so-called Blue Book written by white supremacist Henry Lamont Beach, asserted the county was “the highest authority of government in our Republic.”

South Carolina State Rep Tom Davis is the bill’s sponsor, and in justifying his legislation he twice quoted from the Mack/Printz v. US case, saying that the States are not “political subdivisions of the Federal Government” and that the feds cannot “compel the states to enforce federal laws.”

Who’d Have Thought This Could Lead To Criminal Charges Against BLM? It's funny how the most unlikely thing could bring the whole operation down.. http://www.westernjournalism.com/allegations-blm-animal-abus...
While more and more critics are demanding legal action against the agency in an effort to expose the cruel behavior, some have accused left-leaning activist groups including People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals of remaining silent on the issue. Western Journalism contacted PETA for comment and received a statement from Senior Vice President of Communications Lisa Lange that seemed to equate the actions of federal agents and the ranchers.

“These animals shouldn’t be killed either by the government, or by the rancher who plans to send the cows off to slaughter,” she stated. “The best thing anyone can do to stop the suffering of animals is to go vegan.”

It only takes one to KEEP AMERICANS FREE. Know your duties & rights as a juror. Stop the unconstitutional conviction of innocents in federal custody. The Fully Informed Jury CALL 1-800-TEL-JURY www.fija.org IMMEDIATELY if not sooner. It's that important.

I totally support the 10th Amendment Center

True Federalism and restoration of the Republic without a central bank is the way forward.

This is the one thing that the oligarchy is doing everything in their power to keep the public in the dark over. They fear and hate anyone who works in that direction or shines a positive light on the laws they are violating.

I donate* to TAC whenever I can and encourage everyone to do the same.

*Only donations I've given recently on my tight budget are to TAC and Justin Amash. Thats how important I think their efforts are.

Congrats on the Radio
