Catawba Valley Tea Party endorses Tillis over Brannon in NC Senate race

They also claim Brannon falsely claimed to have their endorsement. If you want to be an establishment Republican, why do you endure the MSM ridicule of the "Tea Party" label? My home state of NC & unabashed Neocon minions of SC never cease to amaze me.

Plainly...

the "Tea Party" does NOT have the best interest of the nation at heart. They have all gone stupid, or they've been brainwashed by FOX television, or they're all on the take...something doesn't add up. I was excited by the Tea Party movement until Palin and California's "Tea Party Express" got involved and stole the whole thing away from us crazy Ron Paul kooky folks! LOL
Whenever I see Tea Party mentioned, I don't trust them, I don't like them. They're angry and that's good...it's just a shame they have no clue what they're angry about. If they'd just kill their TVs and think for themselves, Dr. Brannon would win in a landslide.

Brannon has been endorsed by

Brannon has been endorsed by TONS of tea parties. This is the first tea party endorsement of Tillis I have seen.

Most Tea Party organizations are good

but this one seems like a fake one created by the establishment.

I don't trust the "tea party"

anymore than I trust Romney or Santorum.

It is not the same as when it was founded. While I couldn't say for sure if they are straight up neo-cons, they are definitely the "conservatives", and that is a dangerous notion to push forward as a "liberty" group.

Totally depends on the

Totally depends on the particular Tea Party. Some are still solid liberty, some are establishment. Here in Texas we have a mixed bag.

I can't tell for sure...

... so is this a case of the fake tea party endorsing a tea-o-con ?

Tea Party endorsed neocon

Some Tea Party organizations are good, and some aren't. Obviously, the one that endorsed a Tillis over a Brannon is no good. At least everybody found out now, before the election, so they are forewarned.

Brannon should be endorsed by better Tea Parties, better conservatives, and non-RINO Republicans.

NO "Tea-o-cons" (LOVE that term!) please.

No, this is a tea party

No, this is a tea party endorsing a Boehner type. Tillis is a bald faced establishment candidate. Brannon is Ron Paul endorsed.
