Words can't describe my contempt for O'Reilly.

The very FACE of the republican party.

And his comment that the Constitution is a "very complicated document" is an outright lie. On the contrary - it's straightforward and simple.

But big-government types like O'Reilly seek to MAKE it complicated to keep the wool over the eyes of the sheeples.

"We have allowed our nation to be over-taxed, over-regulated, and overrun by bureaucrats. The founders would be ashamed of us for what we are putting up with."
-Ron Paul

It appears...

Bill O'Reilly has no real objection to the Federal Government owning a VAST majority of property in Nevada - almost ALL of it.
.
In it's current form, how can one argue Nevada is any more free than Cuba?

it's only complicated when you want to break the law

Anyone who thinks it's complicated simply doesn't want to follow it.

Shall not be infringed is very uncomplicated. It's only when you want to figure out how to begin to infringe does it become complicated.

WTF????

The constitution is "complicated"?
No.
Our vast ocean of unconstitutional laws is complicated.
Bill O'Reilly is not very smart.

"Bill O'Reilly is not very smart."

Man, you got that right. If there ever was a pinhead, it's staring back at him every time he looks in a mirror.

Who's Bill O'Reilly?

Do people still watch this clown? Does he still have a show on TV?

Unfortunetly

He's the most watched on Fox, last thing I read on Drudge.

Bundy broke the law?

I am usually a fan of Judge Napolitano, but in this case I disagree that Bundy broke the law. I do not believe that Bundy' case was artfully argued to a fair minded judge. The US constitution trumps bad decisions made by the judiciary. The Nevada Constitution is inferior, and can not give the Feds rights that they do not possess in the Federal Constitution. My opinion is that the feds do not have a legitimate right to own land except as described in the Constitution. The judge was used as a tool by O'Reilly and it was a sad thing to watch. I blame Judge Napolitano, who took the wrong side of the argument.

O'Reilly has that attitude

O'Reilly has that attitude that he's on a different level than the "common people". I have to force myself to watch any clips with him in it...

Beware the cult of "government"...

It's called elitism. He is condescending to everyone.

He is haughty, and his hubris is his Achilles' heel.

Why anyone would debate

such a self-righteous, legend-in-his-own-mind, bloviating human being is beyond comprehension.

The law cannot make a wicked person virtuous…God’s grace alone can accomplish such a thing.

In 1913, the Constitution became too complicated to understand.

It actually became too simple to be followed by the power brokers of the world. They had gotten enough political puppets and a president on strings to pull off the coup. From that year forward, the Constitution was has been trashed. If they got away with creating a central bank and an income tax both in the same year, then the sky was the limit to their tyranny. All of the wars and false flags that have occurred since 1913 are a testament to what happens when the Constitution is not followed. The disinformation coming out of O'Reilly and Beck makes them joined at the hip of the grotesque anti-liberty Goliath. A sling and a well placed stone is still all that it will take to bring down this mutated behemoth.

It was too hard in the 1860's for Lincoln to uphold,

so he saw fit to trash the Constitution with the Bill of Rights to "save the Union". It was too simple to let Congress do its job, keep the press free and uphold the Bill of Rights. Then he had the hypocrisy to free the Southern slaves in the "Emancipation Proclaimation" but not the slaves held by Northern or states that were undecided. This is why Lincoln should be one of the least respected presidents today, instead he is one of the most. Go Figure.

"Hence, naturally enough, my symbol for Hell is something like the bureaucracy of a police state or the office of a thoroughly nasty business concern." ~~C.S. Lewis
Love won! Deliverance from Tyranny is on the way! Col. 2:13-15

It's only complicated by those who wish to get around it

they create complex, convoluted, and outright insane arguments to explain why what the constitution actually says is not what it says. Honest, moral people can read it as it is and understand exactly what it means.

The Constitution is much less complicated

and easier to understand than any of O'Reilly's books (which an aunt of mine insists on gifting to me).

oh contraire Bill...

it's actually a very simple document... Government just wants us to think that so they can manipulate it their way around it.

I wonder why O'Reilly has

I wonder why O'Reilly has anybody guest his show. He admittedly only invited Napolitano because he was like-minded on the legality of the Bundy issue. Otherwise, Bill didn't allow the crdentialed credible Napolitano to speak very much on the matter since O'Reilly of course knows it all and we as viewers must be subjected to his opinions just to catch a snippet of what Napolitano, his guest, might have to say. God, how does someone like O'Reilly get to have a TV spot just to highlight his own opinions????

oreilly sux but he didnt show contempt for the constitution

he showed contempt for the man on the street who claims to invoke the constitution. Which is even worse.

Correct.

But I think people missed your fine point, so I upvoted your comment to make up for the downvote.

Freedom is the ability to do what you want to do.
Liberty is the ability to do what you ought to do.

Napolitano good. O'Reilly

Napolitano good. O'Reilly bad.

Got an O'Reilly book as a Christmas present a few years back

. . . I did thank the (clueless) giver, but it went immediately in the trash can afterwards.

He-he...

Smart move!

Freedom is the ability to do what you want to do.
Liberty is the ability to do what you ought to do.

So we should forget about it because its too complicated?

Since we're just simple people - we need those pinheads (or are they brilliant?) people to divine what the words mean?

Wasn't that how it was before the reformation? Only certain clergy should read the Bible and the common man didn't have access or ownership to it?

Excellent point, chopinwood!

Don't understand why you were downvoted. Masybe cause you mentioned the Bible?

That was the best part of your point. So true. God sure blew that wide open. The Bible has been a best seller for years. That gives me hope that God will also blow wide open the door of liberty for us all very soon!

Perhaps the match has been lit!

Freedom is the ability to do what you want to do.
Liberty is the ability to do what you ought to do.

Maybe someone thinks the common man should not have access

to the Bible and only get their information spoon-fed to them by a central authority?

They Call Him Billy O, O as in 'Orally'

Everything he discusses is an 'Oral Argument....Talking points for a pin headed 'STATIST' who sold his soul as Glenn Beck did for millions of dollars...

If I was Bundy, I would

If I was Bundy, I would create a land Trust and put all of his children in it as well. Therefore when he(Cliven Bundy) dies, he doesn't have to Will the land to anybody, because the Trust didn't die; therefore the lien could be on the property forever. His children could therefore add their children to the Trust over time, and the Trust could go on ad infinitum. This is how the wealthy subvert inheritance tax on properties and such.

Excellent advice.

Did you send this to him?

I have no means by which to

I have no means by which to contact him(Cliven Bundy), but one would think that with all of those other people in support of him, one must have mentioned a Land Trust by now as a means of circumventing a lien as a method of preventing his family from remaining owner of that land forever.
