Sober Woman Arrested for Drunk Driving After Deputy Runs Stop Sign, Crashes Into Her Car, Falsifies Report

MILWAUKEE, Wisc. – A sober Wisconsin woman was arrested for drunk driving after a deputy rolled through a stop sign and caused an accident, according to a report from WITI.

A Milwaukee County sheriff’s deputy rolled through a stop sign and T-boned 25-year-old Tanya Weyker’s vehicle in February 2013.

Video later proved the deputy rolled through a stop sign and T-boned Weyker’s car, causing the accident.

Weeks later, test results showed Weyker had no alcohol or drugs in her system. She has since filed a complaint against the deputy.

The criminal pig could care less that he caused her so much trouble.

Sheriff Clark!

Damn Pigs

I am recovering as of now from a motorcycle accident caused by a COP who ran a light before me without warning nor lights rolling. I had the right of way yet nobody else was willing to back up my story, which is the truth, because they were all afraid so I had to leave it as a white car that caused my crash.

Man that's terrible

Hate to hear that, but glad you came out alive.

Sheriff goes to jail for

Sheriff goes to jail for withholding evidence.
Deputy goes to jail for filing false report, assault with a motor vehicle.

False arrest.
Civil rights violation -- No Cap.
Conspiracy to commit fraud for Sheriff and Weyker
Conspiracy to defraud disability agency.

Never underestimate the power of numbers.
Please spread this video.
Someday it may be you who is framed by corrupt police.

This pile of @#$% cop will

This pile of @#$% cop will not be charged. He'll wind up getting permanent disability... a free ride on our tax dollars and escaping justice. The gang does not prosecute its members.

Another in a long train of offenses by the bandit government and its criminal thugs.

The police are so corrupt...

The police are so corrupt in so many ways. What they did was wrong and they knew it. Why are these police officers never charged? More corruption by the legal system? Is there any question.
One point, if the woman was talking to the police like she was in the interview I can understand why they thought she was impaired. I am the last person that would defend the police but after they received the test that charge should have been dropped asap.

Slurred speech for an

Slurred speech for an accident victim is normal. I was once hit head on by a car going 80 mph. I didn't feel a thing on impact.
I was shock drunk.
I got out of my car and pulled my passenger out.
I felt like Superman.
I had traumatic brain injury.
I felt like nothing could kill me.
A few days later I was a basket case.

These cops committed conspiracy.
Once they start rolling through court everybody is going down.

I have a lot of respect for Sheriff Clark - let's hope he makes

this right for the victim.

It's been over fourteen

It's been over fourteen months so I have no hope of the sheriff "making it right" :(

When she takes the cop who hit her to court

I doubt the county will defend him.
That cuts his balls off financially.
He may not have anything to take but that case will draw the sheriff in as a witness.
Once they start to unravel that ball of yarn criminal charges will start floating.
That could lead to more civil actions against the county/airport authority.
Then cas starts to flow.

These municipalities tend to settle to avoid long drawn out trials and exposure.

I have no respect for Sheriff

He withheld evidence that could exonerate the girl and indict the cop.
He gets a cell with Bubba.
