Should Ron Paul attend CNN's democrat debate, per Anderson Cooper's invitation?

At the end of the debate last night, Cooper told everyone they were invited to be in on the California debate with the democrats tonight.

I really think Dr. Paul should attend. This would be historical and there would be no way the media could black this out. It gives him one more shot to show America what he is made of before the Super Tuesday primaries.

I think this is just way too important to pass up. This could be a pivotal event for him. The timing is perfect, right before the 5th and it would at the very least get his name and face out there for those who have never heard of him.

Hmm...

Air Time is Good, and maybe gives him a chance to pick at the Dems, IF they let him talk at all. I see no reason whatsoever for them to give him a chance at that debate, given their sterling track record of 'fairness' thus far.

Personally, if it were me, the only reason I would go to the debate is to tell the media to piss off and/or moon the moderators- maybe give 'em a nice fruit bowl. I don't hold a grudge or anything. :P

In Dr. Paul's case- I'll back his decision either way. He knows what his game plan consists of whereas, frankly, we don't, and I trust him to handle this invitation in a manner consistent with his objectives. He's the General- I'll uphold his plans.

Haven't heard about this invite

Yes! The anti-war dems should be shown that their candidates are not really anti-war. RP is!

In Debate?

I think he invited them the watch the debate? Not be in it....

That would be HUGE!

Imagine Ron standing there with Hillary and Obama. Classic!

crash the party and convert Dems!

I'm sure it wouldn't happen and it's kind of sophomoric to say it, but I wish the Good Doctor would take up Cooper on this invitation. Ron Paul would make a great CFR-party crasher and put Barracks and Hitlery in their place.

Ron Paul should not even GRACE these people with his presence

He has too much CLASS to do this.

These people do not deserve to have a person of such NOBILITY even amongst them.

Absolutely.

Even if he only got a few minutes, it would still be worth it.

Conflicted

I think he should as well, it would show he can stand toe to toe with a Democrat, we know he doesn't ramble on and make things up as he goes because he understands the issues and the constitution. I think he has more to gain than more to lose from this. He could really stand out without being smiled at by Roman and McInsane, and Beaty Eyes Huckaboo.

Hitlery and Osama would just argue the whole time and Paul would be like how are you going to pay for socialized healthcare and social security without raising taxes and bankrupting our country while watching the dollar fall to zero.

He would dominate those two.
