Ron Paul on the Independents: "I didn't see eye to eye with Cantor"

The entire interview is very good

At the 6:28 Mark, one of the pundits makes an ignorant/false statement that opens the door for Dr. Paul to make his point clear.

Planted question from the cutey in the last 90 seconds.

"What a puny plan." Ron Paul debunked MSM's erroneous thinking so smoothly that she still has no idea that she got "Ron Pauled."

I used to think the same way the woman on this show thinks. I have pretty much always been a self-identified civil and economic libertarian, but I was not really so crystal clear on the issue of foreign policy, particularly in the aftermath of the 9/11 attacks. Ron Paul pretty much changed my mind on this with one single line of statements in a debate in 2007, but for most people the truth will not hit people so suddenly and completely. I understand why Rand Paul has to use watered down rhetoric and keep at least some distance from his father on this issue.

I know the old Matrix analogy of red pill vs. blue pill has been used to death, but to this day, most people are still addicted to the blue pill, so if the first regiment of pills need to be purple before going full out red, so be it.

BRAVO Dr. Paul!!! Thanks for posting this...He's sharp as ever.

I miss Ron Paul being in the mix.

I think he should run again and let Rand keep his senate seat for one more term.

Because in Kentucky, if you run for president and your senate seat is up for election, you cannot run for both positions.

So if Rand runs and loses (probobaly a likely scenario given that the GOP hasn't learned much), he would also lose his seat in the U.S. Senate.

wow! on fire Ron!

he is so great here. man, i wish rand talked like this!

This could be the best Ron

This could be the best Ron interview I've ever seen.

Some interesting comments on

Some interesting comments on libertarian activism by Ron here.

10-15 million more voters need to believe in non-interventionism (liberty) at home and abroad to change America. Minds changed on Syria. Minds changing on privacy. "Printing money" is part of the dialogue. Win minds through focus, strategy.

Man, Ron is awesome.

During that last long answer you could hear a pin drop. Those anchors were captivated. In his last two Presidential runs , the MSM would interrupt or try to foul up his answers or twist his words.
This interview was great to watch, and of course he was spot on as usual.

I'd rather have a bottle in front o' me than a frontal lobotomy

It seemed to me that she was

It seemed to me that she was trying to set him up with that question but he he didn't let her; bringing up that half of them being held have been charged with nothing was a very significant point.

Yes, that was a fantastic answer on our foreign policy.

I doubt it.

Did you see the other videos?

Justin Amash...

Like it not, Fox is a smart network.

Regardless, its been a while since I have seen Ron Paul fired up like that. Rand may not be his father.. but he certainly comes from a great family that knows what the rules of government are supposed to be.

This video made my day.

Thanks for posting.

'Peace is a powerful message.' Ron Paul

Yes, thank you, I watched the Justin Amash interview as well.

It was excellent.

Earlier I watched

Rand on his buddy Hannity's show. Father and son could not have more different positions on this issue: prisoner exchange/Gitmo. I'm with Ron.
