"It's a slow boil.

These men and women
reject the Constitution.
This isn't a conspiracy theory.
They call us radicals
hoping we'll go away.
But we must not.
And we won't.
How can we?
Stand up for liberty.
Demand liberty.
Seek the facts.
Stand for truth.
Open your eyes.
Become active.
Use your talents.
Make noise.
Educate the stupid.
And never ever forget.
Government must be our servant,
not our master."

What was the point of this?

What was the point of this? Someone explain.

If you disagree with me on anything you are not a real libertarian...

Seriously? Perhaps if more

Seriously? Perhaps if more acted like Kokesh this bs would stop!

Resistance is Victory

You should try it sometime!

Explain to me what was

Explain to me what was accomplished, other than Adam wasting time? This isn't the case where agents come to your house to do something illegally.

Adam went to an airport and asked the same questions over and over again with a camera in their face. Even if he has a right to do it, doesn't mean it is a good idea or accomplishes anything.

If you disagree with me on anything you are not a real libertarian...

He resisted, he questioned their authority, he made their "job"

a little uneasy, you know things chickenchit Amerikan's are too afraid to do. What was accomplished, a lot more than just taking it!

By the time they come to your house it's too late!!!

Silence isn't golden, sometimes it's yellow!

You still didn't answer my

You still didn't answer my question. What was accomplished?

If you disagree with me on anything you are not a real libertarian...

I will assume you are sincere in your question,(or dense)

HE showed the world on video how to legally give the TSA grief! (w/o breaking the "law") Most Americans are sadly not creative enough, or bold enough to do just those simple things he did (ie asked simple questions to the employees, while asserting his lawful rights to do so)

Now what did it (or that) accomplish? That depends. If people just watched his video, up-voted it and made some good comments , then it accomplished NOTHING. (but entertainment) However, what if 100 BRAND NEW PEOPLE NATIONWIDE started asking and filming the TSA ? (posting their videos also) Some videos would be less dramatic, some more(and some would result in people getting falsely arrested by moron cops). However... if those 100 new videos inspired 500 new people to film and ask questions (now were up to 600 people nationwide) EACH AND EVERY TIME THEY FLEW, and those 500 videos inspired....(you get the point)

eventually TSA would collapse!

Paparazzi's can legally

Paparazzi's can legally follow people and film them. Does that make it a good idea?

TSA is not gonna collapse from people video taping them... that is my point. That is doesn't do anything. Neither will 10000s start doing it.

And no I don't get the point of 600 people nation wide getting falsely arrested would accomplish anything. As you saw in it, Adam films all the time and nothing happens. I already posted a link where it says you could film in the airports. Taking one incident with one annoyed TSA on youtube is not an average example of what happens.

Don't compare this with police brutality.

If you disagree with me on anything you are not a real libertarian...

Now you're asking the same

Now you're asking the same question over and over again. What are you accomplishing?

Civil disobedience vs. democratic process

I think if everyone did this (pulled out cameras and asked the questions eg "How many terrorists has TSA caught?") then there could possibly be a huge change.

It's all about civil disobedience instead of trying to get a liberty-minded person elected into office to bring about change. Both methods work. One gives results faster.

Could someone cite the law where people can video tape

at airpoorts? It would be useful for the rest of us who would like to challenge the system. Are all major airports public?

It;'s not about a law that permits it, there must be a law that prevents it.

There isn't.

If you disagree with me on anything you are not a real libertarian...

Airports are legally classified as a non-public forum

all in all they will win on public safety every time. The speech proscribed can be all content based speech, but must be viewpoint neutral. So basically anything said can be prohibited as long as govt is not prohibiting the viewpoint itself (it is reactive vs proactive logic). crazy stuff really. but there it is. The government is allowed to operate as if they are on their own private property, rather than their own property always being construed as public in the case of airports the govt property magically becomes private fore sake of the people.

A true flower can not blossom without sunlight and a true man can not live without love.

Thanks for resisting tyranny

Adam, thanks for resisting tyranny. I especially like how you did not mention that you subjected yourself to the pat down. You got further than I would have for I would never allow body scan or pat down and I would have been in cuffs before the tyranny supply administration got very far. My blood boils just thinking of those goons and how the sheeple succumb to them.

By the way Adam, man up and post the interview you did with me even though you looked pretty bad on it. It would be the non tyranny think to do.

Mike Benoit

Thank you Adam for your Service

I cannot believe how brave and articulate Adam Kokesh is.

If there were reality shows like this, i would watch them. A constitutional reality show that showcased the abuses and irony of the piece of paper that is being shredded before our eyes.

Has anyone considered showing up to support him when he reports to jail?

well adam is just trying to

well adam is just trying to make a show. he expects them to react so when they don't react like he thought they would he gets all agressive and in their face, basically being annoying to them. but, all in all it serves a good purpose so i can't blame him for doing what he does. He is teaching tsa agents their limits.

Cyril's picture

Bravo, Adam. Thank you for this.

Bravo, Adam. Thank you for this.

How did you dare violate the Non-Aggression Principle and - daring! - ask one of these bureaucracies adminisCRAPtion (your taxes and mine are blessed to be paying for) the slightest account of result about its very purpose, though?

Not very PC from you!

Tsk tsk tsk tsk tsk.

Take the trains.....

The less you fly, the sooner this BS will stop. Its an economic REALITY. Take the trains.... ! And Thanks Adam, I and my children pray for your freedom.

I Don't Care For Their Attitude

I don't particularly care for those TSA agents' attitude. The way they assert their "authority" over people and treat them like potential terrorists. It's time to disband them once and for all and go back to pre-9/11 security.

Any time a TSA video pops up

Any time a TSA video pops up I have to share this story
(sorry if ya read it before, I posted something similiar a while back)

I don't travel often, so when I went through hell going through the TSA I realized first hand how ridiculous the illusion of security is.

I guess a few pennies in your pocket will set off the scanner, and is justification to have them pat you down then do a bomb test on your hands, giving contradictory orders;put your hands on your head, pull up your pants (since you got to take off your belt), while armed police creep closer to your person. Not a comfortable feeling if you have been exposed to the horror stories prior.

The kicker was when I boarded my first class seat, the hot breakfast was served with utensils such as a serrated metal butterknife and a metal fork, easily sharp / long enough to do severe damage to someone...

I get tested for explosions because of a few errant coins, yet they hand me weapons on the plane.

Conclusion; TSA is a billion dollar hypocritical waste of an agency, which makes innocent people feel guilty until proven innocent.

ps. At least if anyone did try anything funny on the plane I had the means to stop it, so there's +1 to airlines.

An idea comment.

Hey Kokesh, since you've established the right to film, you want to really set these fuckers up one day and take a bunch of guys with you, so when the cops get threatening and pissy you have back up. Like have a couple of other camera angles and have your lawyer standing behind you in line pretending not to know you but ready to pounce, (correct them on the law, etc.)

Not so many opportunities here where you can be easily separated, but in general when you're dealing with shit, you're going to be better able to deal with inappropriate threats and subsequent rights violations if you can suddenly outnumber, and take charge of the situation at the time - including the possibly of justifiably arresting the cops yourself for stepping over the line.

Balls of steel...

Only Kokesh can pull $hit off like that.

Or any marine, especially one that specialized in psy-ops.

Get 'em Kokesh!!!

To make it even more amazing ...

... he did this while awaiting sentencing.

Google is government.

for noticing

Oh but now you have a gag order against this kind of thing?

So Adam, since your release you are not permitted to do this kind of thing by agreement from you?

When will you release the interview you did of me?

Mike Benoit

Gilligan's picture

Thank you, Adam.

You continue to inspire me.

Google is government.

imagine if 100 people a day did this? or a 1000 or 10000!!!

TSA would collapse!!

(the only thing he needed or anyone would need is the legal proof (ie court precedence) that shows he has a legal right to film, there. (assuming hes correct)

These people are working a job.

Most don't like it, but doing what they can to make ends meet. Asking questions over and over, knowing they either don't know the answer or they aren't allowed to respond, solves nothing to abolish the TSA. This was a a waste of time.
