Rand Paul's views on Iraq separate him from Dick Cheney and other neo-cons

Rand Paul's recent comments on the chaos in Iraq have drawn ire for not only him but for Dick Cheney, who Mike Lupica hammers while siding with Rand here. Siding may be too strong a word as Lupica felt it necessary to insult Rand in a particularly smarmy opening sentence. Nevertheless, whenever foreign policy is viewed (by writers who are read) as Cheney vs Paul, it's a good thing, it elevates Rand as a ballsy opinion leader while juxtaposing him against one of the most reviled people in America today.
