English Paper on why Ron Paul good at his job (Congressperson)

..yes congressperson to be politically correct. Ugh.
I had to pick a politician and if (s)he does the job good or bad.
It's hard to break up three things that make him a good congressman.

1. Smart. Doctor(caring) ex. Graduate of Duke Univ.
2. Principled.
3. Believes in personal freedom and the American constitution. Upholds it as a congressperson.
Any ideas? I know my 3 points need work. If you have anything to add let me know.
