HOT: McDaniel Supporters Barred From Reviewing Voter Rolls in Nine Mississippi Counties

HOT: McDaniel Supporters Barred From Reviewing Voter Rolls in Nine Mississippi Counties

Posted by Jim Hoft on Friday, June 27, 2014, 10:14 AM

Breaking – The Chris McDaniel campaign identified multiple Mississippi counties in which enough improper ballots were cast that a legal challenge to the outcome of the election is warranted.

This comes after 25,000-35,000 Democrat votes helped push Thad Cochran to victory over Chris McDaniel (by 6,880 votes) in the June 24 runoff.

The McDaniel campaign has already found 1,000 examples in one county of Democrats who voted in the June 3rd primary as Democrats and then crossed over into the Republican primary this week.
This is illegal and their votes should not be counted.

Might makes Right! or Whoever has the biggest stick

makes the rules. Let's keep talking in cliches, maybe we'll wake up from a dream to find America is still No. 1 ... or maybe America disappeared while we were dreaming.

I say a show of force with intent to use force is the answer. Govt has been attacking the Constitution since its inception, why would they relent now in the End Game. They have consistently trampled the Constitution since 9/11, and for me the election fraud of the Romney/Paul Primary was cause for a Revolution by itself. I still believe in a fair society Ron Paul would be president as I speak.

McDaniel should put a plea for a militia of 50,000 to come to Mississippi to assist in obtaining ballot review in those 9 counties. If the Bundy rights were worth standing up for then this is ten times more important.

A small fight now may avoid a big fight later. We are heading for a Revolution for sure so long as govt holds the military might; once we get martial law it's over for us. We should not wait that long.

Remember Mississippi..I don't know if this will help.

The Senate Republican establishment betrayed the grassroots and recruited Democrats in Mississippi to defeat Chris McDaniel. Fight back by pledging not to donate to the National Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSC).

The election commission

will NOT overturn the election...they are part of the scam! McDaniel should launch a write in campaign and at least expose the weasels.

51% to 49% is a dead giveaway

That the vote was stolen. This is exactly how the machines code is written to steal elections.

“Let it not be said that no one cared, that no one objected once it’s realized that our liberties and wealth are in jeopardy.”
- Ron Paul

The establishment is gonna get REAL scared ...

... real quick, if this election gets overturned.

Their next step will be to put up multiple fake Tea Part/Liberty candidates against the establishment candidate, so as to dilute the anti-establishment vote.

It will become even more important to have quality anti-establishment candidates, and to quickly identify the fakes.

It's not going to get overturned...

If McDaniel is serious, he will run a write-in campaign, other wise it is over. There is a positive slant to this: African American voters have now voted for a Republican; in fact, they specifically came out to vote for a Republican. This is an opportunity for the GOP and specifically Rand Paul. You know, why did McDaniel not talk to the AA community about the war on drugs and felons being allowed to vote? That would have countered Cochran..yet he did nothing to appeal to them. I am wondering if he was afraid of alienating his base, which is, perhaps a bit racist? Just a thought for discussion, not an accusation.

You are right that it will not be overturned.

Every day that goes by makes it less likely that the election will be reviewed or overturned. Thad Cochran has already taken his victory lap with his Democrat minority welfare recipients carrying him on their shoulders. Of course there were dirty tricks and shenanigans... that is how the establishment rolls. The MSM has already written the narrative of this being a perverse victory for black voters. The truth matters very little in this kind of environment.

Unless Ron Paul starts

Unless Ron Paul starts supporting entitlements and food stamps, because after reading articles on the election, that's exactly why the AA community came out to vote for Cochran in droves. McDaniel was smeared that he was going to take that "all away".

I guess

there is no room for "thoughts for discussion" without being down voted for suggesting a differing perspective.

If he did come out strongly

If he did come out strongly against the war on drugs and allowing criminals to vote, than he would lose the strong conservative base who are against entitlements and socialism, but do not support the socially liberal stuff. It was a no win situation for McDaniel. Mississippi is a strong socially conservative state(among whites mostly).

The war on drugs and voting

have nothing to do with socialism and entitlements. They do not cost money, they actually save money. So, I would not consider these liberal position, they are nonpartisan.

'The worst race-baiting ads

'The worst race-baiting ads I've ever seen': Radio ads in Mississippi senate race accused tea party candidate of Ku Klux Klan links and drove black Democrats to vote against him in a REPUBLICAN primary

Radio ads exclusively obtained by MailOnline show how forces loyal to Sen. Thad Cochran used claims of racism to get black Democrats to cross over and cast primary run-off votes against a tea party Republican
Ads were paid for by a far-left former marketing executive, and sources say the funds were provided by a super PAC created by former Republican Mississippi Gov. Haley Barbour
The middle-woman is a preacher and former adviser to Atlanta's mayor who was forced to resign her political post last year after she filed untruthful financial disclosures
The ads, heard for the first time here, claim that if Cochran's tea party challenger, Chris McDaniels, were to win the primary, poor black Mississippians would lose food stamps and other government benefits

No pandering would have

No pandering would have countered Cochran, because Cochran did not convince the blacks he was a good candidate. He did not get them to support him, he got them to hate McDaniel. He sent out mail and robo-calls saying McDaniel and the Tea Party are racist, and want to prevent blacks from voting. And a bunch of these individuals went to vote against McDaniel as a 'screw you' protest against something that was false to begin with. In doing so they broke the law if they had voted in the Democrat Primary, and many of them had. McDaniel had a Republican Primary campaign, ALL of his voter lists would have been Republican. Cochran reached out to Democrats, targeting Democrats who voted in the DEMOCRAT primary earlier last month.

Why would he

target Dems who voted Dem in the primaries? That makes no sense. My sense is he targeted blacks, period. I still think it would not have hurt McDaniel to make an effort of his own in the black community; he had to have known what was going before election day. He could have made himself known and countered some of the effects of the race-baiting ads. I have heard some of the ads and, absolutely, they were horrible...I'm not arguing that. I'm only saying it might have been advantageous to make some counter ads and flyers...it might have neutralized, Cochran's effort or, at the least, confused people so they did not vote. I will be shocked if McDaniel is allowed to overturn the results...we are talking a machine that has been around longer than McDaniel.

Because they show up, the R's

Because they show up, the R's and D's did not share their lists this time after the Primary. So the election officials could not tell who they were.

You can't reason with people who are told in the 11th hour that you hate them because of their skin color. Cochran promised them pork anyway. I don't know of any of these people who care more about the drug war and liberty than petty racial stuff. I don't think McDaniel had the resources to reach all those D's anyway. Media ads don't cut it, you need flyers and robocalls if you want to compete.

Just my take on it.

Do you live in MS?

If you do, maybe you could explain why Dems are allowed to vote in a GOP primary...I know other states do this also, but it makes no sense. Do you understand it?

I do not live in Mississippi,

I do not live in Mississippi, but I have been following all of this on other sites. If you vote in the Democrat Primary, you are not allowed to vote in the Republican runoff, and vice-versa. That's the thing, some of them BROKE THE LAW to vote against Chris McDaniel.

I live in Texas, the way it works here, is you do not register with a party exactly. On primary day, if you go to vote they ask you which Ballot you want, you can get R or D. Then they stamp Democrat, or Republican on your ballot, that does not mean much besides keeping you out of the other parties runoff. You may vote as you please in November etc. If I vote in a Democrat Primary, I show up on Democrat lists. Voting in another primary changes your party affiliation here. The only thing Texas is worried about, is making sure you vote in only ONE parties primary, they don't care which.

The truth hurts...

!

Blatant obstruction

Now why wouldn't they want anyone looking at those vote records? Oh yeah, it's to protect privacy. Never mind that apparently all the personal info was on books laying around in view of voters and poll workers alike.
