I went to post the original video... suddenly it was gone. Imagine that?

Be careful about what you consider a training film. This whole video is questionable to me. The MSM airing it does not make it real. Who is the victim? No victim, no crime.

We know what happens from here

Cop beats person senseless.
Cop gets paid vacation.
Cop internal investigations finds no wrongdoing.
Cop back on job.

This bastard should be fired.

And somebody should beat the sh*t out of his mother so he understands how this is so wrong. (Hypothetically speaking, of course.)

What a bastard! See how he feels the rush of hitting her with his leather gloves on?

He deserves to be in prison.

She has her purse sitting next to her, for God's sake!

Will somebody please put this bastard out of my misery! Put him back where he belongs...behind the counter at the Fill-n-Go!

Equal Rights Baby!

This is what I like to see, women getting their faces kicked in with force equal to that used beating the shit out of men.

Too bad George Carlin is not around anymore. Remember those great skits he did about the first gulf war being televised, etc? Police state Amerika being televised has to trump it for sheer entertainment value. Cops beating the shit out of people is great TV. I'll bet ratings go up the better the story is, obtaining video from different angles, and the more violent the beating!

He tackled her, hit her in the face and head, then handcuffed her, all for her own safety.

This one is for Michael

We had a city police officer lead our neighborhood 4th of July parade today and he was a nice down to earth guy. He even played in the water balloon toss with the kids.

And tomorrow he'll probably

And tomorrow he'll probably be back to ruining the lives of kids for smoking weed.

Possibly but at least he wasn't acting

like Mr. Billy Badstuff officer from last year who had the typical macho strut.

Hopefully the ingredients here will equal a recipe that will create some deserved media recognition on the topic.

Also listen closely to how this is being reported.

"A cell phone video posted July 2 on You Tube titled "Police Brutality?" allegedly shows..."

What's with the "allegedly?" This is actually what the video showed, a police officer assaulting a woman who is on the ground trying to protect her head.

Interesting how the "news" uses the word allegedly,

when referring to the officer... but notice how in the CHP statement it says this woman was "resisting arrest" not "allegedly resisting arrest". Slight double standard

I'll go one step further.

They are down right liars.

It's also interesting how they used the word "shocking"...

I, for one, am far from "shocked".

Sadly, I've seen so many of these videos I've almost grown numb to them.

I know, posting/watching these vids is not fun,

but how can I ignore them? These are real people being treated like trash in the name of safety. What if that was you getting punched in the head repeatedly, for your safety?

If 100 new videos of police brutality came out tomorrow, should I just ignore them to protect myself from any further numbness?

Sadly, just like you, shocked isn't the first word that comes to my mind when I see these videos.

I bet she did need to taken to the hospital for "physical" eval

Yes, he 'enforces' them....

Very, very vigorously.

The next excuse, he followed

department policy. Really?

Yes, they should.

We should also put the criminal justice system on notice. Charging a homeowner with capital murder after a darn dumb sheriff's deputy serves a non-knock warrant and busts into a home is sheer lunacy

It is our job to protect the homeowner
