hm... IMHO, this seems to be the ye ol 'build him up' before

'breaking him down!' - in the 'the higher they are, the harder they fall' modus operandi...

Aside from the obvious fact that he's on MSDNC, Larry O'Dunno has NEVER been a fan of the Pauls...to say the least:

http://youtu.be/9vXZ2mnYzfM

...and is a rabid statist fascist, a self-proclaimed socialist:
MSNBC Anchor O'Donnell: "I Am A Socialist. I Live To The Extreme Left Of You Mere Liberals!

http://youtu.be/gxKd5lpZwLY

...and a very astute propagandist; after all, he was a Senate aide, a genuine SAG-card carrying Hollyweird actor, and one of the chief writers on Aaron Sorkin's leftist utopian technocracy unicorn drama: The West Wing: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lawrence_O%27Donnell#Career

then again, perhaps his recent close encounter with death in the form of a head-on-automotive-collision, may have made him reflect on what his personal legacy (if any) has been, or may be:

And oh...the life's ironies: Recovered, Lawrence O’Donnell thanks Koch brothers

O’Donnell recalled his time spent in treatment at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York City, where Koch is on the board of trustees. In 2009, Koch donated $25 million to the hospital, the largest gift in the hospital’s history at the time.

“You can be outraged by what the Koch brothers do with their money in politics and you can appreciate what they contribute to hospitals and medical research, and you can do that at the same time and still retain an ability to function,” O’Donnell said.

“And so, yes, I feel some gratitude to David Koch,” he added.

Still, his ironic benefactors induced life-saving silverlinings aside: lying for a living, professionally, 24/7 is just bad karma. So whenTF will the chickenscheisse neoCons' tickers gonna expire, in this lifetime??

AnCap, Thanks for all the

AnCap,

Thanks for all the info on O'Donnell. West Wing always got on my nerves, and now I know why.

quite welcome .o)

yup.

I too get the heebie-jeebies, whenever I see Larry O'Dunno in TV shows or films, in segments where the film or the show producers seek to instill a 'more real than real' sense of non-reality-reality by featuring the likes of O'Dunno as an anchor, ala 'hey lookie: our TV show features real TV anchors...from the real world!' in shows like another Aaron Sorkin project "The Newsroom," and more recently in Kevin Spacey's "The House of Cards."

Gotta love how in the credits, his ilk are cited as "Lawrence O'Donnell ..... as Himself", as if he's supposed to be known as a 'respected journalist' or something.

Yep...reminds me of what

Yep...reminds me of what Maddow did with Ron Paul in 2012.

"Villains wear many masks, but none as dangerous as the mask of virtue." - Washington Irvin

indeed...indeed

they rarely change their playbook, eh? especially when it unfortunately consistently 'works' vs the always majority: gullible, pliant, brainwashable Blue Pillers.

The Left prefers Rand because they think he's easy to beat

The left still thinks Rand is some crazy "wacko-bird" that will get trounced by Hillary in the general election, so they are going to promote him like crazy in the primary.

Remember the love affair MSNBC gave him leading up the his senate primary...only to turn on him once the general got underway?

Of course, they might want to go back and review what happened next in the general election: Paul turned out to be much more grounded and sensible and in step with common voters compared to the Democrat senate nominee (Conway).

I think the left is way too overconfident in Hillary. She hasn't had a real general election campaign since 2000. She's going to look old and out of touch and her message will be exactly the same tried and failed status quo solutions we've had for the last 20 years. I just don't see younger people, independents, and moderates lining up for ObamaBush 3.0.

Larry O'Donnell has one thing wrong.

The Let's-Intervene-and-Consider-the-Consequences-Later crowd is EQUAL PARTS: Republican and Democrat.

Hugs from Chile.

Hearing

Hearing that last line made my heart go pitter patter like it's 2007 and 2011 again.

What's up

it's his state-propagandist's close brush with death faux-Zen

'reflection' beard: recently, he was almost killed in a head on vehicular collision

then again, perhaps his recent close encounter with death in the form of a head-on-automotive-collision, may have made him reflect on what his personal legacy (if any) has been, or may be:

Enjoyed that

Thanks,,,

It seems to me

that the lefties in the MSM would like to see Rand running against Hitlery...must think it gives her the best chance to win. Should be fun.

That Could Be Part Of It.

I would like to think that it could also be, if we're going to have a Repub POTUS this time, liberals would rather have arguably a great Repub POTUS so long as he doesn't become corruptedly-useless. So they're trying to support their best Repub option if Hillary loses. In any case, it's mid 2014 and Rand is already the far and away real frontrunner.

I don't care for Lawrence

I don't care for Lawrence ODonell but I love hearing him shred Perry, and seeing Rand get all kinds of positive exposure in the liberal domaine! Thanks for sharing.
