Where were you 4 years ago, 8

Where were you 3 years ago, 7 years ago. This attitude is absolutely spot on, and very important.

10-15 million more voters need to believe in non-interventionism (liberty) at home and abroad to change America. Minds changed on Syria. Minds changing on privacy. "Printing money" is part of the dialogue. Win minds through focus, strategy.

Haha, I actually made this

Haha, I actually made this argument several times the last few months, though I only discovered RP during his last run. But I resisted the urge to force down my opinion on everyone, because I knew that wouldn't go well. In my experience, it's better to let time work for you and prove your arguments correct. Some people are too focused on being right in the present. Make the argument, have respect for other people's opinions, don't try to have the last word. Then you wait to see how reality plays out and you make the argument again. Same strategy that Rand is using.

It seems my comment is getting traction now, because people are seeing that such a strategy is actually paying off. Timing really is everything.

no one

said anything about him being loud, but confident sure. i don't think any audience will be inspired by someone who is not, and who shows signs of nervousness when challenged.
