Retroactive tax law.

http://dealbook.nytimes.com/2014/07/24/obama-administration-...

They're at it again trying to change the rules in the middle of the game.

This isn't the first time they have gotten away with this and Im sure it wont be the last

Solutions

-No back-dating.
-Change the laws back that caused the problems in the first place. ex: eroding U.S. workforce/economy, wall-street corruption
-get rid of all the politicians - a person who acts in a manipulative and devious way, typically to gain advancement within an organization
-enforce the laws we have with parity across the board
-just be moral, ethical, fair and DO THE RIGHT THING!
(if you've forgotten how, re-learn and/or step-down)

All the time, energy, and money spent on these 'games' could be used for much better things! These are 'problem' humans!

LOTS OF CREDIT to those who don't get sucked into that 'wrong' game mentality.

It seems, by the comments within the article...

That only a few of those have grasped the "Ex Post Facto Law" Clause. The comments in the article are telling as to who in this country really know the Constitution and those that are more about the left-right fight.

Why can't people just be kindergarteners....

...and just do the right thing?

No retro-activity if harmful or unfair. Sheesh! Tired of this.

Thanks for posting. Oh, btw, our supreme court justices suk! Who paid them off that time?!
