I really like Schiff and knew

I really like Schiff and knew his dad from when he had his office in Las Vegas (another sad story) but I just don't have time to listen to his broadcast. I've heard all this stuff for 30 years (yeah, I'm old) and I KNOW he's right but it's just preaching to the choir. WE know what's happening. WE understand that this economic system has a definite end. There's only so many ways to say it before it becomes old hat...

I'm sorry to see that he has to quit.

I thought I heard that he had a new baby as well

I thought I heard in the last year or so that he and his spouse had a new baby. That would be reason enough for me personally.

Legacy Talk Radio is dead

Most of talk radio these days is either NPR,PBS and other legacy affiliates(NBC/ABC/CBS/FOX) who champion the left side of the paradigm or Limbaugh-land(Rush,Levin,Beck) who champion the right-side of the paradigm.

You have outliers like Alex Jones, but that is because they go on the air in the 90's when the rules were different and have built up the capital and viewer base to "brave the storm".

Look at how Ben Swann has left radio for a first-of-its-kind format.

I am in support of Peter's new direction. The problem is most radio listeners these days want partisan cheerleader or government propaganda repeater. I CANNOT tell you how many times on the radio I have heard older people on the radio say "Well THEY said...".

Peter is going to fill an important niche in having a liberty-themed counter to CNBC that explains what is really going on in markets. I know he said the show will be light on guests, but one guest I hope he does have is Alex Merced.

I like Peter, he's so candid. I'm really glad he's going to be

doing more video blogs again, I really enjoyed them! I'm also very happy to hear about the weekly podcasts - that will be awesome. I listen to his Cliff's Notes Recap on podcast, they are great, so two hours will be even better. Thank you for all you've done and will continue to do Peter.

Yeah bro, I hear ya

All of this is time consuming.

Bummer.

I've learned a lot from Peter over the past few of years.

Does anyone have any recommendations for another live show (or podcast) to fill the gap in my talk radio lineup?

Vote #2 for the

Tom woods show as a replacement.

The guy gets in detail, but articulates nicely.

If you don't know your rights, you don't have any.

Tom Woods show

is absolutely fantastic.
