Rand Paul Has 'Mixed Feelings' On Iraq Airstrikes

"I have mixed feelings about it. I'm not saying I'm completely opposed to helping with arms or maybe even bombing, but I am concerned that ISIS is big and powerful because we protected them in Syria for a year," Paul said.

I'm not going to slam Rand but I do have some advice for him...

Whenever he gets confused about which stance to take on an issue...GO ASK YOUR FATHER!!!

In the video below posted by Mike3, Ron clears it all up nicely and with his consistent principles firmly in place.

When asked how we should proceed militarily Dr. Paul said; "Send in an airplane and get the Americans out because it's a war zone."

BRAVO!

So if Rand simply gives his dad a phone call, all confusion will be cleared up - on any issue.

In the video, Dr. Paul also got in some great digs on establishment republican war-mongers who want to go back in with both guns a' blazin'(Graham, King, McCain etc).

"We have allowed our nation to be over-taxed, over-regulated, and overrun by bureaucrats. The founders would be ashamed of us for what we are putting up with."
-Ron Paul

Too bad you didn't include this quote:

"Do you know who also hates ISIS and who is bombing them? Assad, the Syrian government. So a year ago, the same people who want to bomb ISIS wanted to bomb Syria last year," said Paul. "Syria and ISIS are on opposite sides of the war. We're now bombing both sides of one war that has spread into another country."

He's got my vote. Voters who want all or nothing will again get nothing if Rand isn't elected as the next President.

People complain that he is

People complain that he is flip-floping. Of course he's gonna flip-flop. How else is he going to win the presidency? Rolling eyes....

It is better to look dumb and not be, than to look smart and not be.

way to ride the fence?

way to ride the fence?

Rand Paul

is against this but is afraid to speak out because the GOP are full of scum.

There he goes again, trying

There he goes again, trying to straddle the fence and please everyone. Get out of the middle east entirely. Evacuate all our bases there, defund everyone especially israel and let them sort out their own issues. Our meddling there is the reason isis are as strong as they are now.

Scott Horton on Rand Paul

"He’s always got to split the difference, and instead of being everything to everyone, he’s going to end up being nothing to nobody."

Hey, @SenRandPaul The good news is when I search you and "flip-flop" I only get 199,000 results. Your dad was known as an honest man. #jerk

Politicking while expressing

Politicking while expressing the utter stupidity of it all. Good move.

Ron Paul: 'US Out of Iraq Now!' Ron Paul on Iraq Crisis

RPI Chairman Ron Paul discusses breaking crisis in Iraq. What should the US do? Is there a military option?: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1N1_QhaPHWo

Not his father's son

Mixed feelings may result from cloudy vision.

Suggestion: Read the Constitution.
Ask yourself if bombing is an act of war.
Consider that Congress hasn't voted on this military action . . . again.
Same old story, new war.

exactly

really?

down voting ron paul's brilliant commentary on the iraq situation? i thought i was at the daily paul, named after RON PAUL!

Of course he does

He flip flops on everything.....

Let's pretend we knew what we are doing

Rand said, "We're now bombing both sides of one war."
