What happened to Alex? Today on Infowars...The honest truth: MSM uses fear-mongering propaganda to sell us the war on ISIS!

Update 9/25/14:
Latest article on Infowars states "Thanks to a dizzying barrage of lies, mainstream media fear-mongering and a couple of beheadings, the Obama Administration finally achieved its long sought after war in Syria"
As I recall Alex was participating in this fear-mongering prior to the latest round of 9/11 war propaganda and the government getting the funding for supporting the Syrian rebels (AKA ISIS).

Lest y'all forget Infowars told us how ISIS was taking territory in New Mexico... good thing ISIS got its 500 million from the feds!

Update 8/21/14:
FOR THE LOVE OF GOD ALex this is too much! War propaganda on Infowars??? Say it ain't so!

Update 8/20/14:
Why does Alex have an article on Infowars lamenting Americans lack of fear of ISIS??? This seems like a neocon perspective if I ever heard one:

Update 8/18/14:
Divide and conquer y'all. This is race baiting fear propaganda at it's finest!

I've read quite a few posts over the years accusing Alex of one thing
or another, but something of late is truly amiss with Infowars. Alex was key to waking me up to a multitude of key issues. Not the least of which being our fake Left/ Right Paradigm and the fake "conservatives" like Rick Perry who tries to mandate harmful HPV vaccines (among countless other inexcusable atrocities).

Alex played a key role in helping my understanding of the mess of contradictions I have always seen in global politics. For that I'd like to say a sincere, Thank You Alex!

Lately however, I've found very little information of the caliber I had become accustomed to on his site. So today I made a quick visit to Infowars for the first time in quite a few months and found this disheartening post pushing the Left/ Right paradigm and defending Rick Perry:

Anyway, this really makes me sad. I hope he's not being blackmailed or threatened in anyway. I miss the old Alex.

Yeah, I get it

You hate Alex Jones. I've heard many people complain about his strategy. Do I always agree with him? No, just like I don't always agree with the people on this page. I sure as heck would take Jones over the mainstream Media. I have other sources to look at, but I see no problem in checking out what Jones has to say every now and then.

I don't hate Alex.

As a matter of fact I really enjoy his take on almost everything. What I am lamenting is that he seems to have sold out as of late or maybe he is just being threatened or maybe he's just tired of fighting the system. I would like to thank him for how he has opened my eyes on countless issues, and I hope he will find the ability to do so in the future for many more. Once upon a time I remember Rush was the lone voice of reason and I hope Alex doesn't go that direction.

Or it's a plan

Some times you should consider reading between the lines. I think some have missed that about Rand too.

Right on

I listen to Infowars occasionally, but the information they get is largely available elsewhere, besides the Infowars field reporters of course. There are really only two problems with Alex Jones that I can see: One is that there is often a strong bias in his radio program and on many of their written articles; and the second is that he talked a lot of shit and lies about Bill Cooper back in the day, thus dividing the patriot movement. While Alex Jones does release good information and breaking news, albeit way better than mainstream media has ever done, there are also many alternative news sources that have more if not just as much information as Infowars.

"There is only one kind of freedom and that's individual liberty. Our lives come from our creator and our liberty comes from our creator. It has nothing to do with government granting it." - Ron Paul

Too bad about Bill Cooper.

Too bad about Bill Cooper. Guess if Alex was real they might share the same fates.

Whether or not ISIS is a CIA/NATO creation,

Whether or not ISIS is a CIA/NATO creation (and they are), Americans should be very worried about them.

.. a nation of 300 million with a military power second to none and separated from ISIS by thousands of miles of land and sea, has to be a afraid of a bunch of goat herders who still live in the dark ages?

It's amazing how the media and politicians can brainwash the people. They are just looking for an excuse to increase the defense budget.

Plano TX

The mistake you make,

is to continue to think that we're fighting goat herders. These are not goat herders. They are (among others), UK and US citizens, adept at techology and social networking, and armed with US-provided MANPADS, stingers, tanks, missiles, and other weaponry. With that said, I'm pissed that the government is now pushing for strikes against the very group they funded, armed and trained.

Hugs from Chile.

I fear

No man.

Why? Are they the Boogy Man?

Why? Are they the Boogy Man?

Quit listening years ago ,

Quit listening years ago , tried to listen to a few episodes over the years but it was just him bitchin aboit mexicans .

I think like ben swann he realized he can get more views catering to " tea party "

I think hes just another half truther , hes a little different though because he actually will support ron and rand , but only because he wants ron or rand fans to repeat some of the crazy that he says and discredit themselves . stepping back from conspiracy theory ( true or not ) has helped me while spreading the message

Shoot the messanger

Did he catch on to how evil ISIS is?

I guess he's not your man anymore.

Oh jeez, what civil liberties

Oh jeez, what civil liberties should I give up to this new threat to keep me safe?

Because sticking your head in the sand protects your liberties.

Saying radical islam is just misunderstood victims of the US does not stop them from killing people and it doesn't stop us from going to war - it just removes your voice from the discussion.

Radical islam is evil - but unless they come to my door, it's not my problem. But i'll have a more positive impact shining a light on the truth that pretending it's my fault.

Growing pains..... After

Growing pains.....

After the Morgan show he started to slip a little. I think he has grown a bit to big for his own good. He has hired many into IW and it is slowly starting to look a bit like a main stream media site. Often coving "normal stories" At this point it isn't so bad but, he is on a slippery slope.

I noticed out of all the folks steaming Ferguson IW had some of the lowest quality video (what is up with that?).

Yeah, normally Alex makes

Yeah, normally Alex makes some good arguements, but on Pierce's show he was a bumbling bafoon.

I would have done exactly what he did plus more. The media needs a ripping.

His argument on the show was

His argument on the show was strictly emotional. I found it less than adequate.

My emotions are high too. I am surprised your emotions aren't.

We are nothing but free roaming slaves in this Country. We basically take a beating economically and have to live by the laws that some old man thought of.

How can your emotions not be high? Especially after what they did to Ron Paul.

You sound like....

a complete misguided douche... please unsubscribe from infowars.com and prisonplanet.tv

Read your statement

and tell me what exactly you sound like? I'm telling you now it is much worse than a douche. What kind of moron starts calling names just because someone is an AJ fan? How about growing the fuck up.

please explain your comment.

please explain your comment. I remember when it was impossible to question Rush. Everybody was a ditto-head... Worried we could be headed down that path with Alex.

No explanation Needed

Either it makes perfect sense or it doesn't. It's just a pathetic post from this guy. I've been listening to Alex for about 10 years and most of what he has said has come true especially exposing the police state rising in America 16 years ago and now you saw it in Ferguson and after the boston bombing full blown. People like this poster here have absolutely no truth in their post and even though you are entitled to your opinion sitting on your high horse in reality the statement is horse crap.

Does the following statement

Does the following statement from Dr. Ron Paul make you sad too....
“I don’t generally defend our governor very much,” Paul said on MSNBC. “He has a fairly good grasp on economics, but when it comes to civil liberties and foreign policy, he is a disaster. So I don’t promote him. But this is pure politics, I’ll tell you. This is really a joke.”

I've got a few issues with Alex but this stance on Perry over these charges isn't one of them and overall I believe Alex still does a pretty good job.

It is easier to fool people than to convince them that they have been fooled. – Mark Twain
Real patriotism is a willingness to challenge the government when it's wrong. - Ron Paul

Ron Paul is right!

This is pure politics and a joke. It's all designed to bring Rick Scary back into the limelight as some sort of right-wing hero. GROSS

Not sure why this was downvoted so badly

I agree with a lot of the comments here that infowars is not the same anymore.

Drudge, Alex Jones, RT and Breitbart are all reading from the exact same talking points memo these days. For what reason, who knows?

Controlled Opposition

Controlled Opposition perhaps?

"The pioneers of a warless world are the youth who refuse military service." - Albert Einstein

I've been saying this for a while

In fact, I never really trusted Alex Jones. I know his information is usually accurate but the way he reports it is just....wrong. When you are trying to convert your average idiot, sometimes presentation is just as important as facts. Most people makes decisions based on emotions. Alex turns a lot of people off by the way he presents himself. And since he's seen by many as the posterchild of the liberty movement, they assume we must all be just like him. Loud, angry, and emotional, even obnoxious at times. Then again people were turned off by Ron Paul and I think he presents himself perfectly. So idk. Maybe I'm wrong. I hope I am. I just wish AJ would stop showing up at freedom rallies with his megaphone.

Alex Jones and Altas shrugged

Both have a lot in common for me. They both were instrumental in my "awakening" and I am very thankful for that, however I have moved passes both, building on them. With Alex Jones I've always felt the flaw was a fear based presentation, wchich is motivating in the short term.... But love and optimism are motivating forever, so Alex has to be kept to a minimum.
