Where can we get the results from Maine?

In both of those articles the Romney people were from out-of-state! Connecticut and Massachussetts. If they were Mainers I wouldn't mind, but this is just not right.

Seriously, as a New Yorker, when Hillary just moved in and took over it really pissed me off. Worse, she started her campaign at my High School! It made me sick. Especially since after Rudy dropped out my Congressman took his place and she LIED the whole time to get elected.

Hillary and Romney are equally dirty politicians.

Lazio lives down the street from me, so everyone had Lazio signs in their yards. We live in a village with strict codes, so technically that is illegal, however this was an exception. What did Hillary's people do? They went through our code book and threatened to sue us if we didn't remove our signs! Of course, in a tiny village of 6,000 we couldn't afford the lawsuit so we had to comply - so a lot of people put the signs in their windows instead.

The worst thing was during the debate when Lazio moved towards her to have her read something that proved her a hypocrite - and she turned it into a sexual harrasment case! Totally insane!

Then, the absolute worst thing she did was 2 days before the election she put out an ad with some woman with breast cancer saying Lazio was evil. Lazio had no chance to counteract that, so his wife was furious and went off on Hillary for being a flat-out liar.
The thing is, Hillary was trying to take credit for the Breast Cancer bill that Bill Clinton signed - the problem with her argument was that Lazio wrote the bill!

Trust me, November is going to be the meanest, dirtiest election year in history!

Boy won't that be a coup. A bunch of Mainerds showing up the Live Free or Die crowd. How embarrassing would that be after millions spent and so many Dr. visits. I've called everyone I know in Maine and begged them to go vote.

Romney has surrogates out in full force, not only is his son in the state he has business people going to caucus sites on his behalf also!

And we also know Gorham, Maine went to Romney also - where Tag was speaking.

Let's hope that they can't be in all places tomorrow (majority of polling places are held tomorrow) but these aren't good headlines to lead in the morning.

I had to call during the day while my kids were napping so I didn't get to speak with a lot of people (left a lot of messages), however, of the people I spoke to, half were definitely going to go to their caucus for Dr. Paul.

Anyhow, I want to reiterate what others are saying here: we are pushing hard for Maine (every morning this week my husband and I have woken up to Ron Paul ads on the Fox talk radio station and almost every morning have heard callers call in, in support of Dr. Paul). However, I know that I have not been door to door canvassing for Paul, and it didn't appear that HQ was getting a lot of volunteers for that kind of work this last week--according to our meetup calendar. My conservative opinion is that if others have not gone out to canvass we will not win this state. I say that because I was really really disappointed with our results in NH, and I want others to temper their optimism with some observations from Mainers. (If you are a Mainer reading this, and have had a different experience please post!)

I do know that in one caucus held today, Romney won the straw poll, but 7 of the 19 delegate seats to the state convention were awarded to Dr. Paul supporters.

I hope that's not a downer for anyone. The weather IS really icky right now (just had a blast of lightning and thunder), so hopefully it'll keep up and deter the luke warm supporters of other candidates tomorrow.

When I got to my car it was an ice cube.
I had to chisel my way into the car to turn the heat on.

How is their vote fraud up there?

The good thing: die-hard Paulites will show up.

The bad - the rural people who may have come out may not; especially in the North.

The only thing that can help us is that our die-hard supporters WAY OUTNUMBER any of the others.

Please, Mainers, bring a video camera, or at least a cell phone camera and take pics to PROVE we have the most support.

These caucuses are over 3 days - plenty of chance for fraud.
