Amazon list is good...
but the NY Times list is better. They count only purchases from brick and mortor stores. I'll wait to buy mine. (it would be nice to see this on the Times list.)
Preorder it form the brick and morter store.
The NYT asks how many pre-orders do you have for the book when they go out researching it.

Last I looked it was #1 on Amazon, but Obama's book was on sale, underneath, so he could buy a bunch of copies and move it up..
It's dropped down to #12 in 1 day??
I pre-ordered a copy, as I see many others have done...how could it have dropped from #3 to #12 in 1 day?
Happens all the time.
Unless a book has a sustained publicity effort behind it, and/or enough people know about it, it will tend to sink against books that do. Inevitable. Has happened to my own books.
Don't worry: this book hasn't even been mentioned by the campaign yet. Ron Paul himself hasn't mentioned it. The publicity campaign hasn't begun. No reviews have appeared. Etc. The real miracle is that in spite of all this we stayed at #3 for a solid 36 hours.
When the book comes out and RP's publisher (a major house) launches its blitz, the sales rank will go crazy.

and RP's new book was listed in 13th, now it's all the way down to 49th. ???

Does Dr. Paul read the audio version of this book? I subscribe to Audible.com and hope to see it offered by them. However, I plan to order mine from Amazon.

See the New York Times, has a list of books they "think" will sell well. If Ron Paul's book isn't one of the "nominations" they won't ask booksellers the stats on it.

Just a thought for "some day"
We bought a copy and hope to have it signed some day. Then we were trying to figure out how to get that copy to all three of our children some day. So we went ahead and ordered three more, one for each of our children who are ages 15, 11, and two. I hope that some day we will be able to get them signed to them from the great Dr. If something were to happen to me tomorrow could I depend on the others around them to keep the flame of freedom and liberties burning? I don't think so honestly. I hope by having these books signed by both my thoughts and hopefully by Dr.Paul some day, if there was something to happen maybe my children would figure out just how important these issues are to them and some day their children.
This Revolution can't end with Ron Pauls win or loss in the election. If he wins we still have a ton of work to do and a ton of people to get elected. If he doesn't, we have to keep on fighting for the next go-round if we're lucky enough to still have a voice in voting.
Imagine if we had all been "awakened" four years ago? What could we have gotten accomplished with that much time and preparation? Well we don't have any more excuses that's for sure. The best thing the good Dr. has done so far is waken a portion of the American people to what is happening around us. Fortunately I also believe that he has awoken (sp?) the right people for the job. Let it not be said that we weren't warned. It's our job to make sure the next four years, whether the Dr. wins or loses, are spent preparing for either the Good Dr. or someone else with the same goals and constitutional guidelines. Don't give up no matter what.

This books' existence seems strange to me. How they hell has he found the time to write it--and why did he write it?
I hope it isn't to coincide with a graceful bowing out of the presidential race--like trying to salvage and offer to posterity the message of the RP revolution so all is not lost.

Speculation on my part is...
He probably already had most of it written before the campaign...He may have felt America wasn't ready for the book and then the tide turned when his friends and family pushed for him to run for president and then everything went awesome with the support he got from everybody and then felt it was time to finish it. Remember, he's been talking this for many many yrs now just nobody was listening or very few were. He's repeatedly said he didn't expect the Grassroot Supporters to do what we all have done and it's extraordinary I'm sure he already had the most of the book ready, and decided that America is now Ready. The suspense is killing me I can't wait until I get the book in the mail.

Seems we keep moving around the list on Barnes and Noble, we went from 5 to 3 and now down to 6... seems kind of odd, though I don't know the numbers to compare the distance between each book. But yeah, figured I'd update.
