For Hillary. The constitution is clear in article 1 section 8 that only congress can declare war. Yet your record clearly shows you voted twice to violate it and cede the power to the president. Once to preemptively attack Iraq, a 3rd world nation that was a threat to our nation and then again to preemptively attack Iran another 3rd world nation that has no standing, army, navy or air-force.
Having done this how are you better to uphold the oath of the President to protect the constitution from enemies both foreign and domestic.
