I have friends that are cops
they warn me of You-tube cop tapes all the time. I am reminded of Rodney King. There was the video the News showed then there was the whole video. 2 different perspectives. I am not saying they are all false I just have to reserve judgement.

More than once I considered stopping the clip, but convinced myself that it is important NOT TO TURN AWAY from this Police State mentality that we find ourselves sometimes floating in. This has got to stop, and stop immediately. Those police officers involved in this rape (and that's what it was for sure, we all see that, gang rape) must be prosecuted by those that find this equally wrong. Protect and Serve -- my goodness that's not what this clip shows at all.

Surely this video shows what should NOT be happening within the police force and what needs to be stopped.
After watching something like this, is there any wonder that a lot of rapes go unreported?
I believe that everyone of us could imagine what we would do if it was our wife/husband/partner that had been involved in something like this and they were the victim. No-one deserves to be treat this way. In my own opinion I believe the officers involved should all be instantly dismissed starting with those at the top that have allowed something like this to happen, then all prosectuted for rape without penetration.
Dr Paul supports the police; but, I think we could all assure ourselves with the knowledge that there is NO way that he would condone or tolerate behaviour like this.

Supports good cops and there are plenty of them. He doesn't support out of control power mongers who torture. He is against torture by soldiers or anyone else in the world.
Of course he is for the cops. That is a given. Has absolutely no relevance to this out of control stuff. I don't know how this could possibly make us fight among ourselves. No one would support criminal brutality just because he was a cop. Even cops would not support that.
Remember that Dr. Paul is an individual rights proponent. Say, "Is this video suppose to get Ron Paul supporters arguing between themselves" implies that someone who supports Ron Paul might be a "group" rights activist and if their are any of those here, they are mixed up.
The point
The point was to drive home the point of the video. What happens when there is no Habeas Corpus? It's in the video's title.
When I'm campaigning and talking about Ron Paul to people, one of my major points is that he is a un-dieing proponet of HABEAS CORPUS! An average of 7 out of 10 people that I talk to don't even know what that means until I tell them it is a right to a lawyer or legal representation for THEIR RIGHTS!
OUR rights to Habeas Corpus are threatened and abused everday in this country, on ALL levels! Homeland Security got the ball rolling on this one and it's gaining more momentum everyday!
You folks can spin this video and OP anyway that you want, but the bottom line is that it is extremely relevant today. It effects each and every person in this country. It is not about one or two rogue bad cops, it's about human rights here in our America. These are Blackwater tactics.

police should only follow the policy of the state. The end. If you have problems with the police in your state you need to talk to the state not the federal government. If the federal government is telling the local policeman what to do then we have a problem. I doubt the policeman whould like being a slave to the federal government either.

This is a perfect example of why Home Land Security and the CIA needs to be abolished. We should only have the Department of Defense on a federal level. States, counties, cities and townships should be responsible for their own law enforcement, without federal intervention. That being said, its those peoples responsabilty to enforce acceptable behavior by their law enforcement. Stark County residents need to pull together and resolve this problem. Investigate and punish accordingly.
Sad to see the integrity of people diminishing.

This is the second posting about over zeolous cops today. The guy that was arrested for holding a Ron Paul sign in Arkansas and this. I have personally been harrased by cops too at sign holdings at public places. If you;re not worried, you're not paying attention.

So much of these taserings and events such as this are in my opinion staged! Not all, but many. They love to make sure that you are getting the message that THEY are in Control. Just think how many of you will email this to everyone you know and propagate this info. Your only helping them instill more fear in people. If its real its ofcourse its a shame and in my opinion TORTURE. But you have to step back and ask yourself "Why the hell would they allow this to be released? It certainly didnt have to be. do you honestly think that of the 5-6 people who were standing there NONE of them knew this was wrong? and if so they would ABSOLUTELY prevent that from getting out. I just dont know for sure about anything anymore, but i think this serves the police state agenda more than anything else. So i take these events with a bit more skepticism than most.

How does this help Ron Paul?
They have not gotten bolder. They use tasers because they didn't have tasers in the past. There has always been bad cops. The public exposes them and many go to jail. This is happening in my town now. The video posted is a news story, exposing the behavior to the public, etc, etc, etc. This has NOTHING to do with Ron Paul. This has everything to do with the poster and his personal concerns, perception, etc. Ron Paul supports the law enforcement community. He has voted to increase their funding and improve their body armour. They support him. Ron Paul does not FEAR the police. Should bad cops get punished? Of course. We got it.
