Observation
Has anyone really thought about what happens to people like Paul? The Kennedy's, who really cared about their country? John Lennon? Abe Lincoln?
People who love!
If Paul gets elected I'd be afraid "the powers that be" will just kill him.
hello, goodbye, sometimes we all just need to cry.
Quiet you.
1. No one's going to kill anybody.
2. It's about the message not the man.
3. Would you campaign less or more for the message if your scenario were to happen?
Declare war on who? Congress
Declare war on who? Congress has never declared war without an explicit request from the President, and even if they did declare war (they wouldn't) the President would be under no obligation to actually wage a war. He'd even be free to sign something like an armistice, but of course you'd need the Senate for an actual treaty.
This isn't a particularly plausible scenario.
