The real John McCain (great article)

I just found this editorial in the Seattle PI about John McCain:

It basically rehashes what we all knew about him, but show it to McCain supporters and they may just be convinced change allegiances.

McCain is to the left of Hillary AND to the right of Bush

McCain is to the left of Hillary (where the welfare state is concerned) AND to the right of Bush (where the warfare state is concerned), but mostly he's just your typical politician who lies whenever his lips move. He sounded great back in 1993 and 1994 when he was calling for our troops to come home immediately. Obviously he said those things because it was politically expedient to do so.

people need to wake up about this guy.

I just had someone in church ask me, "But, what about John McCain? Isn't he good?" (I emailed them this article, by the way). Thank you for posting it.
