In the 4th quarter of 2007, individuals in the Army, Navy and Air Force made those branches of the armed services the No. 13, No. 18 and No. 21, contributing industries, respectively. War opponent Rep. Ron Paul, R-Texas, received the most from donors in the military, collecting at least $212,000 from them. Another war opponent, Sen. Barack Obama, D-Illinois, was second with about $94,000.
Soldiers love Ron and Barack, and lobbyists love Sen. Hillary Clinton, D-NY, the No. 1 recipient of lobbyist cash, receiving $823,000 in 2007 from the lobbying industry, which gave about $2.7 million overall.

BUMP!

..and laugh at my comment.
Gibson & Stephanopoulos must have been left out of the loop.
Charles Gibson was going on and on about Romney & McCain then turns to Stephanopoulos and says something like "Well that covers two of the republican candidates..." and starts talking about Huck with NO mention of Ron Paul that I heard.
THEN the coverage goes to SPOUSES!! Michelle Obama this, Bill Clinton that... blah, blah, blah (Don't remember hearing Carol Paul mentioned, either)
Maybe Wolf should have a talk with Gibson & Stephanopoulos.(regarding the thread where he says to not forget Ron Paul)

End American Imperialism
The significance of military donations to Ron Paul's campaign cannot be overstated. It speaks volumes to the corrupt rationale of amoral, anational imperialists like Juan "Keating Five" McCain and Willard Romney who wish to perpetuate unending "war" at all costs, including at the cost of the integrity of our Constitutional Republic.
Yet, if the Corporate Military-Industrial Media would not suppress this fact, many members of the U.S. Armed Forces would have a greater voice in this Presidential election. It would seem that they are largely telling us that the mission of the U.S. Military Occupation of Iraq is not becoming of their honor and their oath to the Constitution.
"We don't have to start a brand new revolution...All we have to do is restore the original Constitution." -Ron Paul
