We have a shot at winning this thing. Just read tonights
newsletter and let it sink in. It's a marathon for delegates.

Keep the money flowing and we've got ourselves the most exciting Presidential race in history.

I feel the same. I am not

I feel the same. I am not expecting anything huge today, but to pile up the delegates. Then we have 20 more states to go!

Mathew 5:9 Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God.

Republican Party!

The only party bid Ron Paul is doing is for the Republican Party. He should announce he will be running in the Republican Party and other others will will be in the Neocon Party.

right there with ya :-)

It will take a miracle to win. Thing is, we've already seen some. The one thing we *do* know is... if we all just give up and go home, we're toast. If we press on through the tough times, we *may* have a shot!

I'm in. RP 08 FTW

What is begun in anger, ends in shame.

Big Lie

I will post my opinion. I am sure some will flag it -- whatever -- truth is truth.

After we lost Iowa and Wyoming - which we should have won both if we had real leaders at NHQ who knew how to win -- they said "we are going into orbit."

Now -- after more loses - and another 21 tomorrow --- the NHQ keeps pumping this brokered convention stuff. It gives supporters false hope.

I may be wrong -- but I do not see it. I have been active in party and independent party stuff since 1964. The delegate numbers do not add up. The reality is that the Rep nom is gone.

You want hope; talk 4th party run. But Ron has to restructure his campaign staff. This will be hard to do because these folks are his friends for over 20 years. This is not about friendship but winning and saving the Constitution.

You Don't see it

because you aren't looking in the right place.

If you think any of those primaries so called, decided who the delegates to the RNC would be, you are sadly mistaken. Even in most of the caucuses, all the media reported was a 'straw poll' a beauty contest to see where most of the general support in that state was. This had NOTHING to do with delegate selection.

You have to look at the ACTUAL processes for selecting delegates and then you will dee the beauty of RP's strategy: rack up as many RP supporters to be delegates as possible, while doing the best you can in the popularity contests. It really doesn't matter WHO the delegates are pledged to if they really support RP.

Without actual delegates supporting them - no one else can get the nomination. It takes majorities from five states to even get your name in the running. But delegates pledged on the first ballot aren't pledged to nominate. It's highly conceivable that RP will be the ONLY candidate to even be considered at the convention.

Should have won Iowa and

Should have won Iowa and Wyoming? Based on what information?

Dude, ever heard of vote fraud? It's a reality that has plagued us in NH and even at the caucuses in Louisiana.
One more reason NOT to give up the fight.

me, too

beat it and go be negative somewhere else

its 'cos I owe ya, my young friend...
Rockin' the FREE world in Tennessee since 1957!

You are RIGHT!

I FLAGGED YOU! Now get lost.

yeah, something like that...

let it play out in the near term and see if any surprises happen.

3rd party (or 4th if Bloomberg runs) could be a real option. The difference between these machine-manufactured candidates, say a Clinton McCain race, will present a large segment of voters with no good choice. Add to that the real possibility of economic disarray, unforeseen problems in the war areas and revulsion over things like National ID cards, may serve to propel Ron's ideas even further.

The problem, though, is that an independent bid by Ron might be completely and utterly blacked out by all media, so fighting against the rigged situation may not be possible.

We also cannot discount a "terrorist attack" to manipulate the election either.
