To start off this is just a little humor... please don't do this.
Buy a few cartons of really cheap cigarettes and those one ounce serving liquor bottles. Then go down to your local homeless shelter and tell them you will give them smokes and booze if they go vote for Ron Paul. I am sure you could get a lot of votes for a really cheap price!!! How about that for using $ wisely.... by the way don't do this.
