Yes, it does get tedious to be treated badly, labeled and ignored. But this tactic has the unintended consequence of making people wonder just what it is that this media fears in Paul. We know that they are controlled by the various pro-war lobbies and corporations and that accounts for their rancor -- as well as their salary. But for the curious viewer, why Ron Paul followers would be termed "maniacs" might well provoke some consideration of what it is that Paul proposes which causes such a maniacal reaction. I know two people who became Ron Paul supporters after becoming sensitive to the fact that he was excluded and ignored in the Presidential debates. Americans are a fair people. Jay Leno knew this. They don't like random insults and rejections without trying to come to the reason for them. After the giggling from the well-payed- to- pander folk finally drifts away, viewers are often left with the uneasy feeling that they are not in "on the joke" -- what is it? They will look for the reason and find themselves in agreement with Ron Paul -- the giggling will cease, but the rise of Ron Paul will not.
