Yup, hard to believe that the home state of Dick Cheney almost brought us a win. I have a lot of respect for Montana now... hell I might even consider moving there.
What's up with California though? They like to pride themselves on being different than the rest of America but they vote for Clinton and McCain??? It's mind boggling. California is the epitome of the status quo. All that sunshine and mind numbing Hollywood fluff must be rotting their brains. Take away their medical marijuana... they don't deserve it!!!

Many people don't know he's running, and those who do may only know what they see on the news. When I walked my precinct, believe it or not, I met several widows who don't have Internet or cable, even. They depend on broadcast TV.
The good news is, they were receptive to the message when I gave it to them.
It doesn't matter. We need to win the states we can afford to win with our own TV ads, etc. California was too expensive.
RP came in first place in the following Montana counties:
Blaine
Dawson
Lake
Madison
Missoula (biggest population)
Richland
Roosevelt
Sanders
Wibaux
RP tied for first in Valley and McCone counties.
I am terribly disapointed that this is a winner take all state, as RP came in second to Romney. I lobbied my PCO in Kalispell to vote RP, and he said he probably would, but there was a strong movement in MT to vote Romney, just to keep McCain from winning the nomination. At least Montana turned out to be a better "freedom" state than New Hampshire. MT=24% for RP; NH=8% for RP. So much for the Free State Project. I pray that Alaska residents are as independent, libertarian, and thoughtful as they are supposed to be.
Question: Do they still have to vote at a State Convention?

Blame it on the Media

Sooner or Later Romney or McCain May drop out
If McCain drops, they can afford to support Ron Paul, and if Romney drops they'll have to support Ron Paul to stop McCain.

Its fantastic, its just too
Its fantastic, its just too bad that Montana is a winner take all state.
Extremism in the defense of Liberty is no vice.
