I made my mind up. I will vote for Ron Paul whether he is running or not. I will write his name in If I have too.
But since the GOP chose to challenge his seat in Texas. I think Dr. Paul should teach them about loyalty. He should run 3rd party just to cost them the election.
He has been provoked by the media and the GOP. Now it is time to teach them about blow back.

I'd probably be safe to say that this isn't the first time the GOP tried to unseat him. The good thing is is he's had 20 yrs for the ppl in his district to get to know him and like him I have confidence he'll be elected for the 11th term.

Become a Precinct Leader and find out how to become a Delegate in your State. Recruit as many Precinct Leaders as you can. One fellow in Oregon has recruited 107 Precinct Leaders. When you have good numbers of Precinct Leaders you share the work load and it gets done. It's also a lot of fun. It's effective.

As much as I hate to see a Dem in office, save Ron Paul it will most likely happen either way...
Might as well let them lose this one on their own, else they will always say "we could have won, except for Ron Paul" let them lose unhindered, and pray that someday soon we can undo all the damage BOTH parties have done.

jeff, you have to realize this has always been the case with his congressional race. the gop has run someone against him as often as possible, and tried hard to replace him. races have been close at times, and only through the hard work of his campaign and supporters has he stayed in office.
i recommend donating to his cong. campaign and lets make sure he remains at least one voice of reason in congress.. or in dc for that matter.
