URGENT: Dr. Paul needs a Documentary - VOTE NOW!
I have been saying this for months, Dr. Paul needs to produce and air, on a major network, an one hour special to introduce his views to the National public!
This is not an impossibility! For example, the money raised for the Ron Paul Blimp would have been a huge start on an hour long documentary!
We need to find out how many broadcasting "FRIENDS" we have that could help develop this project immediately. Surely there are others like the late Aaron Russo that could help pull this off! Our friends at Google?
What other options do we have? 20/20? Barbara Walters Special?
We have GOT to introduce Dr. Paul to the public!
Last night we all witnessed what the media blackout has done to us. I felt helpless and ashamed for our country. People want to do the right thing, but the media has brainwashed them into believing that other candidates have more morals, or better economic plans, or more experience in times of war.
Sadly, Obama said something last night that hit home with me. He said "We are, what we have been waiting for"....
This is very true in our camp as well.
Let's get something accomplished with what we have learned!
And I am not talking about video's of our revolution, I am talking about Dr. Paul himself, sitting in front of a camera talking to the people of our Nation, calmly speaking and sharing his message.
To this point, all that the public at large has seen is Dr. Paul being backed into a corner, Ignored, flustered and struggling to get his point across and that has not helped his campaign at all. That is why people call him names, and laugh at him, they find his plight humorous & the bullying deserved! It is outrageous!
Maybe we should start an immediate fund for it??
This is a BIG idea, and we need to run with it!

Democracy Now! is a program hosted by Amy Goodman and Juan Gonzalez that is broadcasted on over 650 stations. I watch their show regularly on Direct TV, channel 375. I have found them to be objective and unbiased in their broadcast, so Dr. Paul may find them helpful with our movement. They have a very informative web site as well.

I'm presently making a documentary as I write this which will premiere on November 15th and will eventually be entered into all the major film festivals. It is no small effort and the budget speaks to this. I have also created a video for Ron Paul that was posted a few days ago. Here's the link:

If I could get access to Dr. Paul and we had the appropriate funding in place, I would definitely consider directing it. My company shoots entirely in HD and will soon have the RED camera (we will receive it in early April). For those of you who don't know what the RED camera is, please visit:

To pull something like this off and really make a big impression, the funding would have to be impressive, most likely in excess of $150K. This type of funding would ensure the look and feel of the documentary - as well as the animations (to illustrate certain economic points, etc.) and access to additional interviewees - would be top notch. I've been involved in the multimedia industry for over a decade and love what I do. And I genuinely support Dr. Paul (have donated multiple times, made calls, placed signs, voted, etc.). If you're really serious then I would strongly consider doing this. Again, it comes down to access to Dr. Paul and having the appropriate funding in place. Let me know what you guys think.

I think it's a great idea-- how would it be different than Dr. Paul's Iowa tv special?
Until then, the closest thing to a documentary I have seen is http://www.apaulogist.com. It's the most complete collection of videos and articles that explain why Dr. Paul is THE ONLY CHOICE. I've directed dozens of nonbelievers and people who don't know about Paul to this site, and they all come away educated.
One On One
A special that documents the message, the views, the voting record, the media blackout, the fundraising successes, the different election faux pas so far, the lies, the truths, ....etc.
Of course, we need to prove all points made with video sound bites and well known & respected individual endorsements.

And should be done. I know there are some fine video editors among us, but we would need some decent writers and directors to make it compelling and high end.

We need an interview, not video's. We need someone to carry on a conversation with Dr. Paul, to interview him, to produce a documentary that will push his ideas to the front of peoples minds, not just his supporters, but the people that have NO idea what his message and voting record consist of!
