+++Ron Paul is my General George Washington+++

For anyone who needs a lift:

IF any of you are getting a little discouraged by all the negative posts and the apparent lack of progress (ie. winning primaries) that we are bombarded with, I just want to add my perspective on this Revolution. Since I was in high school, I have had a deep respect for those who gave everything so that America could become a beacon of hope to the rest of the world. I have read about the signers of the Declaration of Independence who knew that their signature was an act of treason that would cost them their lives, their fortunes and their sacred honor. If you follow their lives, these things happened. Children were left to die as prisoners of war because their father would not renounce his signature; fortunes were lost. Following the progress of Washington's army you will find one setback after another. Like Ron Paul, Washington's greatest difficulties were the support of the "mainstream" congress and media while he was fighting to keep his barefoot, starving army enlisted long enough for a decisive victory. written by momof6
