Huckabee & Insane McCain - A Match Made in Hell
Submitted by zooamerica on Wed, 02/06/2008 - 21:09I just cannot not see how in the world Huckabee delegates would vote for insane McCain, even if Huck is the VP.
Huckabee can say he's giving McCain his delegates, but those Huckabee delegates do NOT have to vote for their own ticket of McCain/Huckabee if that is the ticket.
Do you really think Southern Baptists are going to vote for Mr. I'm more liberal than Hitlery McCain??????????????
I do not think the Huckabee delegates would vote for McCain.
They have nothing in common.
These two are like oil and water.

One would think Romney and
One would think Romney and McCain would make a great Democrati...er...Republican ticket because both are "moderates."
Romney delegates (less conservative than Huckabee delegates) would probably not have any problem voting for McCain. But the GOP would never let a Mormon come close to being president....
Any way you shake it, Romney, Huckabee and McCain are all broke. Let's keep an eye on their campaign cash, or what's left of it.

YES. They have the war in common, that's all they need
I'm a Christian who lives in the South. (although I'm from NYC.)
They will be obedient to Rev Huck because he will tell them how he will be VP for McInsane, and how McInsane will not run for a second term because he's too old. Then Huck can be the Prez Nominee in '12
Ah, don't you just love those guys???

If this pans out and Huck
If this pans out and Huck does become McCain's VP choice, I think Ron will announce - ON THE SAME DAY - his choice for VP - Pat Buchanon.
The Huckabee delegates will side with Buchanon over McCain any day.
