Sounds like a great name for a website. I hope you can figure out what you need to do. What is it you are trying to figure out? My wife is great at making websites, so maybe I can ask her if she can help you.

You should have the actual donation link point directly to the campaign donation page at https://www.ronpaul2008.com/donate/ because if you accept contributions on behalf of a federal candidate, you must first become FEC qualified and then you must file complex reports and your life doesn't need that headache, I promise you. And the campaign will net less per contribution because of the costs introduced by your direct involvement.
So what you really need is a simple site that tells people in the fewest possible words what the site wants from them and why, and then registers pledgers into a database to which you can then send emails.
Don't try to explain Ron's campaign, point to it and have it open in a separate window so when they close it they're back at your site. (Put target="_blank" into the link code after the destination.)
Then you send regular emails telling people how many pledgers they are, and reminding them to recruit more pledgers. Then three days before, one day before, and on the day of the bomb, you send early AM emails reminding all the pledgers to follow through, and to find at least one more participant to donate as well.
It's a simple concept site, the most important unique part of which is an elegant, effective and motivating graphic theme.
As soon as you get it up and running and debugged, begin to let the world know it's out there and make sure with the months of lead time you have, that you reach everyone at least twice. If you can. Everyone. Every voter in the country. Every elegible non-voter.
And to top it off and make it perfect, do it all in a way that doesn't slow down the normal flow of contributions.

In my opinion, always link back to the donation page on the main HQ site. That way, you got that covered and everyone will get steered to the correct place to donate. Also, do you have a decent web designer program? These don't have to be expensive to get great looking pages built. You are welcome to email me if you wish.
