The Washington Briefing, Oct 19-21, Largest Meeting of Social Conservatives

The AFA claims it is the largest meeting of Social Conservatives all year. They have nearly all the Republican candidates listed as confirmed speakers, but guess who is missing...Dr. Ron Paul.

It's a Who's Who of Social Conservative leaders and there will be a Presidential Straw Poll.
I wonder if Dr. Paul is skipping this one of if he simply has not responded yet to their invitation?

So it is true that they are not making a big deal out of his attendance, and the campaign site says that he gets only 20 minutes to speak (let's hope he keeps it all), but all indications are that he will be there and will speak. He is also listed in their schedule, though without a specific time or time limit.
I was going to attend this event until I realized that I could vote in the Straw Poll by joining AFA, without attending the event. That was less expensive, so I am saving my my money to buy Ron Paul Gear instead.

The conference is $95 ($50 students) and if you are in the DC area, I am sure Dr. Paul could use your support. Straw poll voting is on Friday and Saturday with results announced at 3:00 pm on Saturday

We should all spend $9.95 to RP campaign on this day I'm not giving them a portion of 30 million to give to Gegrilick or some other World Order Dictator. I'm sure not paying $20 dollars to sign up to have my vote erased. People be smart with your money RP is. I also want to finally see who these people are going to anoint their antichrist wannabe. This reminds me of the children of isreal crying out for the tallest man to be their king. They loved saul, but God already had another picked out. One who was Just and after his own heart. One who was humbled and obediant. David just had to kill a lion and a bear with his bare hands then he had to kill the giant with nothing more than one little rock. He cut of the giants head with the giants' own sword. Then they cried out saul has killed his thousands, but david has killed his ten thousands. Don't worry folks God already has a plan. If he is with you who can be against you? If you say "I don't believe in God". Thats ok, He believes in you. Does he not feed all the birds of this world. Is there not always more worms than they can eat. He did not come to save the righteous. He came to save the sinner. The righteous need only save themselves. They are suppose to know who provides the worms (I can tell you right now its not our Government). I would rather ye be hot or cold. The lukewarm I shall spew out of My mouth. Those of us who believe in God, pray like crazy. Those of you who don't keep watching your about to see your God at work. These so called Christians are in the process of bringing Gods' law, which is for the church, down to the level of mans' law. They do not have faith in God to bring people to repentance so they intend to gain the power to force them to it. Do not blame God for these peoples actions. They want to force feed you, but your loving God leaves his worm on the ground for you to choose to pick up when you are hungry and the spring to drink from when you thirst. Even God will not take away your freedom of choice. However choice comes with responsability. This is what these people should be saying.
