Lets not forget how he dumped his loyal first wife who lobbied to get him out of Vietnam. She was disfigured in an accident. To me that speaks volumes about what kind of man he is. I hate to say it but I'd rather have Hillary than this guy. I'm hoping for providence to deliver us from this evil and make Ron Paul the nominee and the winner.

Before you go there, you might check with the x wife. She is soooooo much better off without this jerk. Bless her heart for being freed from him. She certainly got the best he had to offer. Everything else has been a mess. She got the best of him. She doesn't have to now put up with all this and all he is. I bet she is singin' like a lark.
The MSM is about ready to hop off the McCain bandwagon they've set in motion, just as soon as the nomination is locked up. McCain will be rolling downhill at a high rate of speed, with no brakes. We will then have the first openly socialist administration in U.S. history with Hillary Obama. . . . . . Songbird will be only part of it; there will be hints (from Democrats as well as Republicans) about McCain's psychological stability.

I called this the "Kerry Effect". Both McCain and Rudy would be sunk by their real pasts coming out.
There are several ideas on what is going to happen, and I believe most are possible. I believe that the Republicans are going to throw the election. They have to in order to make it seem like change is coming. The CFR needs to show some hope in order to pacify the people. Or the other option is the "event" that will take place a couple days before the elections and Bush declaring Marshal Law and cancelling the elections.

I always told by a number of authorities over the years that the declaration of Marshall Law during WWII was never rescended after the war and continues to be in play even today. There is a number of examples to prove this be I forget what they are. It would be interest to hear from others that know more about this one issue.

As a Disabled Vietnam Veteran myself I have spent many hours and days at the VA Hospital and the fact that McCain got special treatment and rolled over on a number of POW's has been known and talked about for a very long time. In fact, I haven't met a vet that likes this guy. Most all know that his Father was an Admiral and the he was afforded special benefits while in the Navy. If I am not mistaken he lost about four or five planes before he was captured. Most of the guys that new him said that he was a hot-head, know-it-all and that he wasn't a very good pilot. He was evidently given a command over much better and qualified pilots because of his Father. Many say that he never received the same harsh treatment as the other POW's and they felt that there was some agreement made between the NV and his Father but what that was no one seem's to know.
"What is the real story behind his days as a POW? The U.S. Veteran Dispatch had an article in June of 1996 entitled "POW Songbird McCain Wrongly Described As A Hero." It recounted numerous instances where John McCain violated the Military Coda of Conduct, which specifically orders American personnel to give the enemy no information other than name, rank, serial number, and date of birth. It requires that they accept no favors from the enemy, and to make no written or oral statement disloyal to the United States.
The fact is, in exchange for better medical treatment, McCain violated this code four days after being captured on Oct. 26, 1967. In a U.S. News and World Report interview dated May 14, 1973, two months after he was released, McCain admitted that he exchanged military information in exchange for spending six weeks in a hospital normally reserve for North Vietnamese Military officers.
U.S. government records show that less than two weeks after he was taken to the hospital, Hanoi's press began quoting specific military information, including the name of the aircraft carrier on which McCain had been based, information about the location of rescue ships and the order of which his attack was supposed to take place. The records demonstrate, according to the Dispatch article that McCain continued to collaborate with the Communists after he recovered from his injuries. He did a number of propaganda broadcasts that were aimed at destroying the moral of American servicemen fighting in the jungles of South Vietnam, On June 4, 1969, a U.S. Wire Service story reported one of McCain's broadcasts."
wonder if there are any copies of the 1996 issue of the US veterans dispatch lying around?
such information might be quite helpful if one were able to confront mr. mccain on such issue during one of his campaign stops.
HOW THE CLINTONS WILL DESTROY JOHN MCCAIN

The number of fellow Senators who think John McCain is psychologically unstable is large. Some will admit it publicly, like Thad Cochran who says, "The thought of his being president sends a cold chill down my spine."

The accumulation of McCain incidients is so vast, including those of recent vintage on YouTube, that the Democrats will totally gut a McCain ticket. It wouldn't matter if he chose Jesus of Nazareth as his running mate; they (the Democrats) will still crucify him. A McCain nomination is the closest thing I can imagine to GOP suicide.

___________ Top Cop Says McCain Was Never Tortured
Paul Joseph Watson

A former Vietnam veteran with top secret clearance says he has personally spoken to numerous POW’s who dispute John McCain’s claim that he refused to provide information after he was captured and tortured in Hanoi, saying that in fact McCain’s code-name was "Songbird" because of his willingness to tell all to avoid torture.
Jack McLamb served nine years in secret operations in Cambodia and other nations before going on to become one of the most highly decorated police officer’s in Phoenix history, winning police officer of the year twice before taking a role as a hostage negotiator for the FBI.
"I know a lot of Vietnam veterans and a few POW’s and all the POW’s that I’ve talked to over the years say that John McCain is a lying skunk," McLamb told the Alex Jones Show.
"He never was tortured - they were there in the camp with him and then when he came in….he immediately started spilling his guts about everything because he didn’t want to get tortured," said McLamb, contradicting the official story that McCain only offered his name, rank, serial number, and date of birth.
"The Vietnamese Communists called him the Songbird, that’s his code name, Songbird McCain, because he just came into the camp singing and telling them everything they wanted to know," said McLamb.
McLamb said the POW’s told him that McCain had sustained two broken arms and a leg injury from not pulling his arms in when he bailed out of his A-4 Skyhawk that was shot down over the Truc Bach Lake in Hanoi.
The POW’s said that McCain made 32 propaganda videos for the communist North Vietnamese in which he denounced America for what they were doing in Vietnam.
"They have these sealed now, our government has these sealed, we can’t get to it, they have it classified," said McLamb, adding that in truth "the POW’s hate John McCain."
It is commonly accepted that McCain was treated better than other POW’s and afforded medical care immediately after the North Vietnamese discovered that his father was a top admiral.
Several Vietnam veterans groups do solely exist to expose McCain’s abandonment of veteran’s interests as well as his lies about being tortured, including Vietnam Veterans Against John McCain and U.S. Veteran Dispatch.
Doubts over McCain’s alleged war hero status and his support to curtail efforts to look for missing POW’s contributed to torpedoing his presidential campaign in 2000 and those same questions will undoubtedly surface again should the Senator win the Republican nomination.
Even though it's interesting history, I'm uncomfortable with this kind of stuff. I'm convinced, if bad guys of any sort tortured me, I could be made to say anything & sound like I mean it. There are plenty of much-better reasons to vote against McCain than this stuff, IMO.
At this point, I'm not too confident we can win. It looks like a VERY long shot, at best. But if Ron Paul's not somewhere on the Republican ticket, I'm dead-certain that Obama or Hillary (as if there's much difference) will *easily* beat McCain. My guess, since Hillary's pulling a $5 million Romney at this point, is that it'll be President Obama.

Is this about McCain "singing" to the enemy as a POW, or somehting else??
