As our Romney counterparts begin their journey of finding where they now belong, let's welcome all of them in the most hospitable way. We are all conservatives; some more than others.

It's important to know that with the addition of new blood into this forum, there will be new opinions voiced. Let's not rush to call them "trolls." They are just "new" here. Remember, they were supporting someone else because of only slightly different opinions to begin with. Fighting among ourselves is not effective in galvanizing our party, nor the message of liberty. Fighting, in fact, is nothing less than divisive, and we have enough of that in McCain, Obama and...what's her face... Hillary.

We knew the GOP's plan long ago. We saw these campaigns coming to a close well in advance, as the GOP maneuvered the party's presidential candidates around. We saw the game being played with the voters. We know Ron Paul's battle is with the GOP... NOT the other candidates. The GOP has forgotten what "conservatism" means, and it doesn't want to be reminded.

The GOP is riding a wave of fear. Like any surfer, they don't want that wave to end. Even now, they are concocting the latest story with Israel about how Iran is planning to build nuclear weapons in the next 3 years. It's all speculation, but they will build an entire war campaign around it in the coming months to win the WH.

They need this war.

War keeps people scared. "Scared" keeps people Republican. Neoconservatives use "republican" to keep the people under their thumb by limiting the rights of Americans under the pretense of "safety." They created Homeland Security and tamper-proof (rfid) ID's, capable of being tracked with GPS, even though tracking Americans won't prevent any terrorist activity. They also build walls between countries, like was built in Germany and like the still-standing Wall of China.

If America suddenly woke up to the realization that we are afraid of a country that has no weapons (Iran), the GOP will lose everything.

If America suddenly realizes that Iran and Al Quida are NOT associated, the GOP will lose everything.

If America suddenly realizes that the GOP is leading the way in dissolving our borders through the SPP.gov, the GOP will lose everything.

They must have a distraction. The war is the distraction.

The GOP needs to refocus on its traditional platform. The beneficiary of that effort will be the entire world, but real conservatives will then have a fighting chance to regain the civil rights, the God-given rights, the inalienable ones, that the GOP took away through The Patriot Act and No Child Left Behind. Let's not forget they also buried Habeas Corpus and Posse Comitatus. They were buried alive, and we must recover them quickly.

We need ALL the help we can get.
