(attempt to continue Iraq War)
Huck stayed to soak up Ron Pauls pro-life, pro-family vote
(attempt to tame the R3VOLUTION)
And the top 5 McCain Vice Presidents are...

2. Huckabee
3. Mitt (if there is an Obama/Clinton ticket)

My money is on Huckabee for McCain's VP
Huck's staying in right now to garner more face time and support for himself from social conservatives, so when he does quit and gives his delegates to McCain, some "social conservatives" will be primed to vote for that ticket. Huck will "promise" evangelicals that he will do all he can to keep McCain "conservative."
Giuli is out as VP because a McCain/Giuli ticket is even too liberal for what's left of the GOP.
Under McCain, Giuli will be chief Nazi in charge of Homeland Security. Romney is out. He didn't play nice with the powers that be. And he'd never accept VP anyway.
The thought of my predictions coming true is so frightening that I think I need to go get a glass of wine right now.

Why Huck didn't quit
McCain has very little financial support. If Huckabee also quit, the race would be over and McCain would be the nominee, in February. The Republican National Convention isn't until September 1. That means McCain would be out of the headlines for the next 6 months with little money to campaign. Basically, he'd be forgotten while the rest of the country focuses on Clinton/Obama. With Huck still "in", McCain can get some free publicity by having a couple more "debates" with Huck. Those debates will be nothing more than Huck and McCain taking turns blasting Hillary/Obama. Ron will be left out of the debates since the MSM has forgotten he exists. With Huck "competing," the MSM will show some more caucus/primary results impressing us with how McCain has unified the party, and in the end, Huck will be promised either VP or secretary of health and human services so he can teach us all how to lose 100 pounds by having our stomachs stapled.
