Appropriate speeches
I agree with you he does'nt need to prepare a speech for rallies and such, but there are times when a prepared address is appropriate. For example on the House Floor. The man is a decent speaker, but if you've ever read his writings you know how incredibly moving they can be. With all respect for Dr Paul addressing Liberty University was one of the occasions where a speech would've been appropriate. The Philly rally in November was another. It's at these types of events where he should impress America with a preview of what a Ron Paul State of the Union or Innaugural Address would be like. Thats what I've been waiting months to witness -- Ron Paul BEING President of the United States.
