This is VERY IMPORTANT - the actual story itself.
But here's the kicker: "The Appeals Court ruled that falsifying news is not against the law."

OK, so the story was about showing that Bovine Growth Hormone can KILL people - that the FDA gave approval to Monsanto WITHOUT testing it! And Canada refused to allow it because their tests showed it IS harmful to humans, and this was reported in the UK as well.
So, these FOX News reporters write the story, FOX advertsises the investigation, then Monsanto threatens Roger Ailes so he tells the reporters to can the story - they say "NO" and their manager offers them a buyout - if they NEVER tell ANYONE the truth about BGH - even their own families! So, they get this in writing, refuse to sign, keep it as evidence and their manager can't quite fire them. So they are forced to work woth Monsanto's lawyers to write a false news story - then they are fired.
Oh yeah, and the reason: Rupert Murdoch owns the most TV channels in the country - he just spent 3 billion buying a bunch of new ones. Monsanto's advertising revenue will be lost, therefore "We tell you what the news is - the news is what we make it."

The People own the airwaves, not Fox News.
I don't believe they have the right to mis-use the people's airwaves to manipulate our presidential election by smearing or excluding any bonafide candidate, such as Ron Paul undoubtedly is, while doting on THEIR chosen one(s) with free air time galore.
I believe we have been disenfranchised, and that is grounds for a class action suit.

But, it's not the MSM's job to give each candidate equal time. The MSM's job is whatever they want it to be. This freedom is protected by the First Amendment. If you have a problem with it, start your own news business and report on what you want to report on.

If someone secretly gives 50M to McCain's campaign it IS a fraud.

The media has a right to try to influence elections and to lie as well. The First Amendment is clear. There is freedom of the press. There should be no regulation of the press. That's Paul's position. It's the Constitutional position. And it's the only position consistent with liberty.

Noelle, Are You Sure You Support Ron Paul?
I have been noticing quite a few of your posts on the Daily Paul that are very negative. I have got to say that probably 99.9% of the people who watch the video referred to in this topic would be appauled by it's content. On top of that, you add the way the media has treated Dr. Paul and his campaign, it is totally outrageous. If Dr. Paul's campaign would have been covered completely and fairly from the very beginning, he would more than likely have been in the "top-tier" candidates from the very beginning and would probably be the #1 candidate now. Nearly everyone who hears his message of freedom and liberty, etc. is convinced that he needs to be our next President. I don't know why you act like you go along with the media on this - amendment or no amendment.
