Congressional seat logic is flawed.

OK, even though he is being ignored by the MSM, he is not being COMPLETELY ignored. He does receive some coverage. He killed it on the MTV/MySpace debate, and any other debate he has been in, he has won. And if you notice, if you read some of the press for Dr. Paul, it talks about how he has held that seat in Texas UNCONTESTED for the most part.

No one in that area of Texas can touch him. Plus with the media attention he has been getting, he is now more well known than he has ever been. So I would have to think that he will walk into his seat, just like he always has in the past. So we need to FOCUS on the nomination. He will get his seat, just like he ALWAYS does.

When I read that email last night, I was devastated, I thought it was all over. But then I realized what I have just written here. The nom can and will be ours, and RP will get his seat as well. We have got to focus on the nom, if we do that we will win. Guaranteed.

There's a neo-con running a smear campaign against him - I think it was a former staffer of his? He is vicious against the Good Doc.

Also, the congressional campaign can't hurt us - Yes, it hinders him from being elsewhere, but it does give us exposure in Texas... And man, we can really use Texas!!!

There IS a neocon trying to get Paul's congress seat this time. His course of action sent out in the e-mail is the only realistic thing to do at this point. I'm not a troll, believe me, I just understand where Paul is coming from. There's a difference between unrealistic "we'll win" cheerleading and what is realistic given the seemingly insurmountable mountain to climb (MSM's blackout, other media stupidity, and general lazyness of the American population as a whole).
