The Great Irony and Hope

Although the endorsements of McStain sucks for former Romney and Thompson supporters, It's a great thing for RP candidates for Congressional primary races ... especially for those with open primaries.

1. The GOP base will now be less likley to blindly back someone that has been annointed by the party fathers.

2. There are 28 Repubs that are not running for reelection. There will be far more than that running for Governor and Senate. Far more doing all the aforementioned in 2010 when we can get a running start.

3. We should have the most important thing in politics working for us ... MESSAGE.

4. In open races, we can have a huge advantage to win a primary ... money+ a grassroots base. It's difficult for others without our base to raise both of these as quickly as we can.
