Erick is one of the only 2 posters I can tolerate over there, but that isn’t even relevant, nor does my fondness for Erick prevent me from saying he is wrong and I find this move to be completely irresponsible, especially when there are so many other seats that Conservatives need help in holding and winning, both in the Primary and General election season.

The weather appears to be perfectly Spring-like today. This rally could be a major boost in the arm for Dr. Paul as well as his supporters. I personally think a large showing at this rally today is more important than my voter id efforts, so I will making the three hour drive just to add an extra voice to the crowd. See you there!

Did you know that traditionally the colors were reversed, which made more sense as the Democrats, being from the economic left, have more in common with the "red communists" than the Republicans do. Indeed, red has always signified the left in most countries around the world. The switch here in America was performed by the modern media. They might argue -- correctly even -- that it was a practical matter; the short attention spans of Americans can more easily remember the colors if Red means Republican. But I'm sure the leftist media wasn't exactly sad to see the negative connotation removed from their party. ;-)

It is sickening to know that people would fight so hard to destroy a man they claim is irrelevant. It just shows how afraid they are to have even a single voice of reason to oppose their lust for world empire. Ron Paul is the conscience of the Republican Party, but sometimes it hurts to listen to your conscience. It can be easier to just block it out. This is what the neocons are doing. They're too deeply invested in global conquest to turn back now without admitting they were wrong. America might not get straightened out until a few generations have passed and most of the neocons have died off.

Ron Paul is a shoe in in his district, they love and respect this man for his tireless efforts for the people of his district. Let them fund his opponent, both Bush's tried and lost and now that Ron Paul is ten times as strong as he was then it will be a waste of money for his competitors. The last time Ron faced a challenge in his district he came in second in a three-way race, and only got the nomination because his main opponent stopped campaigning in the lead-up to the run-off vote.
