The uncommitted voters were all for Ron Paul, but they voted strategically in order to be selected as delegates - and we succeeded.

It is a Caucus, you know what a Caucus is? Apparently the people in WA know because they just may have won it. In a caucus you vote by hand or on scraps of paper for delegates who support a canidate or run as uncommitted their is no choice for "other".

I promise to give another $100 to the campaign IF when 100% of the precincts are in and Dr Paul STILL is at 21%. It is mathematically impossible for a candidate to start out a caucus at 21% and remain at 21% when 100% of the precincts are in BUT wanna bet that Dr Paul is still at 21%?? I have to say that I know I will be contributing $100 to the campaign tomorrow because our so-called election process is corrupt.

It's like the early returns are the truth, but then he just suddenly plateaus. Just NOT POSSIBLE.
I wish there were some major mathematics / statistics geeks out there watching, recording and analyzing this. (too bad, I had a few math / physics geek friends back in college who would get off on this kind of thing).

An uncommitted delegate is just what it sounds like.. It is a delegate that is not bound to vote for a canidate.
Take notice that there are unusually high number of Ron Paul delegates listed as uncommitted, because of the way the process of the caucus is conducted and just how it all went down at each individual caucus.
If their are 8 McCain supporters and your a Paul supporter you will probably not want to run as a Paul delegate and run as uncommitted instead. I know of some Ron Paul delegates that won this way but they are listed as uncommitted.
Also every Paul delegate at my caucus wrote uncommitted on the first sheet. They are smart and wanted to see what way the wind was blowing.. all of them were elected to be delegates also.
So yes.. we could have very well won WA! but we wont know till April 12'th.

Their is not "other" on any ballot, and their is not even a ballot at most places.
"Other" is uncommitted delegates and delegates for lesser candidates. It is sloppy reporting by the main stream media.
