Louisianna: Noone at 50%, are delegates FREE to vote for

whomever they wish to support at the convention? It's my understanding that if the winner does not reach the 50% mark (and he didn't), the delegates are unbound to support whoever they want at the convention. Is there anyone from LA who can confirm this??? If this is indeed true, thats almost the best news I've had all day, depending of course on the final tally from Washington...Go ROn Paul!

If anyone had gotten 50% today, they would have automatically picked up 20 of the La delegates. But now all 48 will be chosen at next week's convention. Unfortunately, the La GOP "projected" that McCain would win 44 of those delegates based on the caucus results.

I must admit, blew my mind...I was expecting our main man to sweep the swamp (no offense) and walk away from LA as Big Daddy Paul...However, seeing how they stiffed him the first time around, its probably more of the same. Didn't RP file a legal challenge against the LA GOP because of the provisional ballots the last time?
