Please tell me Ron will Win TEXAS!

Huckafake won his home state, as did McLame and Romney. If Dr Paul was elected to 10 terms in Congress in Texas, shouldn't he have the state locked up? Are they running commercials and ads down there? A win would be huge!! A victory of all those delegates would be the equalizer! The MSM can't ignore that!
GO RON PAUL!!

Current Texas polls

Its gonna be tough in Texas
Its gonna be tough in Texas because Ron covers a more remote section of the state and not a lot of people know about him. I have been canvassing many times and find that most people dont know who he is. I also believe that the media has blinded Texans into thinking that they only have 2 choices so we have to fight against that as well. On a good note, the mormons in Texas seem to be supporting RP now that Romney is out.
I would like to....
Just got back from the rally in Lake Jackson......8 hrs in the car 4 hrs at the event = feelin' good....
I can't speak for the rest of Texas but I would like to think Austin will have a double digit show, even though it is heavily Democrat.( not that they can't be converted). I wouldn't call my self Paulinator if I couldn't convert Dems. too..
I've been doing it every week for weeks in my precinct.
Saw lot of Fredheads at the Ft Worth straw poll,,,,Hopefully they've received some sort of bump on the head that awakened them from their zombie like slumber.
There are some good things to donate to for efforts here in Texas.
Here is one for mobile billboards that will travel the surrounding areas passing out literature.
check it out....might make you feel better....if you donate, it will REALLY make you feel better.

We've already secured a PRIMO billboard that is right in downtown Austin.
It will surely reach 5 million drivers......some Austinites DAILY on their commute to work.
Seems like everyone that works in North Austin Lives in South Austin
Go figure..
I thought he'd probably do
I thought he'd probably do well there. The big straw poll that only the establishment could vote in, had ron Paul in 3rd place. A very tight third place behind Free Thompson and Duncun Hunter. I thought the grass roots, and American people would support him even more.
Humm.
Tracy
if Ron Paul supporters get
if Ron Paul supporters get of there butts and go to caucus and get elected as delegates he'll win but for some reason people are not willing to go that extra step!

Hey McCain-----┌П┐(◣_◢)┌П┐
CURRENTLY AT 6% IN TEXAS
HERE ARE CURRENT NATIONWIDE POLLS BY STATE:

Would Guiliani have won New York?
No. If it's any consolation, remember that Dr. Paul is one of 32 Congressmen from Texas. Romney, Huckabee, and McCain all held state-wide office.
NO :( But Donate to His Congressional Campaign!
He can use that money to advertise in Texas and cover 2 birds at once!
He won't win though :(
I just hope that the Huckster takes the state from McInsane.

Ron Pauls Presidential Run
Has opened my eyes on a lot of issues, one issue I didn't realize is how many deaf people we have in America lol.Why don't they hear Ron Pauls message.Maybe we should have had a money bomb to purchase about 50 million hearing aids, and sent them out to registered voters.
Is this event for sure, because I have a group of people from all over the USA ready to go
Ron Paul is one of the most inspiring people I have encountered.
Since being exposed to Dr Paul, I've read political books, campaigned for him, etc. etc. He is a heroic figure to me. But if he can't win his home state, I have to question America's integrity. Never have I seen a more loyal, truthful, intelligent man running for President. If the people in his own backyard can't see this, we are in trouble.
GO RON PAUL!!
I wouldn't get your hopes up
about winning Texas. The state is too big, and I believe they love government and war too much (in general, no disrespect to texans here).
I"m not saying I don't think RP can win the nomination because that's done with delegates, not a popular vote.
What do you base your
What do you base your opinion on? Are you from Texas? Well I am, and it's looking good for Paul here, thank you very much. We have meetups all over the state busting their asses right now.
actually
my aunt and uncle lived in Texas for a couple years. I live in Canada.
Please, I don't mean to disparage your efforts - continue them and make me look like an idiot!
I just don't think it's a good idea to get people's hopes up just because Ron Paul represents one area of Texas that he should be the favorite to win the whole thing (the OP kind of seems like that)
Blast the Christian radio stations with ads
As you can see, we're way behind. Texas meetups unite to pay for a bunch of ads on Christian radio...otherwise, he doesn't have a chance...lots of evangelicals in TX
Good Idea
and calls, Call your local christian radio network and bring up the great doc on air!
All you see in Lago Vista
All you see in Lago Vista and San Anotinio is RP stuff... In Austin, there are no other signs and Bumper stickers.. They are Ron Paul.. Does that mean he has big support? Or does it mean, people dont endorse pre-primary. I dont know, Only been a Texan for 4 yrs and found RP at the same time... Be a DELEGATE and PRECINCT LEADER PEOPLE!!!!

RP Congressional seat is
RP Congressional seat is being challenged by 2 others.
Huckabee has a hoard of 'evangelicals' down in TX, southern baptist, Hagee-ites, Kenneth Copland (raising millions for Huckabee) and more.
Folks keep underestimating Huckabee's 'christian' followers--of which I am definitely NOT a follower.
It will be a challenge to out-do their boots and bucks.
Donate to both campaigns are a must.
I just went to his site and he wasn't even breaking $1 Million!
I would like to believe that Ron has a lot of supporters in Texas because of his immigration policy alone. I also would like to believe that Texans also hate someone telling them what to do or how to vote.
he's got 'boots' hoards of
he's got 'boots' hoards of silent 'evangelical' boots on the ground...
and...don't you notice...he always comes up with ad money...!
and all those boots....
how do you think he keeps in the race...with the money he has...
he still gets some media exposure..and that will increase again too.
but, folks are underestimating those evangelical boots.
I'm from Texas and not
I'm from Texas and not everybody here is loyal to bush like somebody else said down there..come to austin and you can feel the hate for bush lol
T.
Same here.
Lots are unhappy with Bush....And HATE his golden boy Gov Goodhair (Perry). Lots of undecideds but seeing heavy McWar tendancies. Working on them.....
Texas polls after Romney - McCain winning solidly
Here's the actual Texas poll data from after Romney dropped:
It's winner-take-all in Texas.
No it isn't.
It's only winner take all if you get 50% of the primary vote. That won't happen for anyone. You get more delegates if you place higher than 20%, but definitely not all of them. Still, most of those delegates will be Ron Paul supporters anyway, so when the convention is brokered, their votes will be for Paul.
That's a tough one
I don't see it happening there at all. Texas is where Bush is from, and they're very loyal to him.
Bush is from Connecticut
Both of them. They carpet-bagged down here years ago.

Thank
You.
remember DIEBOLD?
Do not put all of your emotional eggs in the "winning" basket, there is an outstanding chance that we will have to reveal the vote fraud before we get to see Ron Paul inaugurated. But once we get a REAL recount, we better have the ballots for him. CANVASS!!
Truth exists, and it deserves to be cherished.
Please join me. I just donated to Dr Paul's Congress run for the
first time. Everything is bigger in Texas. That includes Truth, Liberty, and the Constitution! Let's go for the sweep of TEXAS!
GO RON PAUL!!!
